KKuierdoudouThe room was clean. Parking is free. Swimming pool until 22 o'clock, there is a hot pool, there is a slide. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby in the morning. There are fast food restaurants such as Tims, A&W at the entrance of the hotel. There are IKEA, costco, outlets nearby. Convenient and clean hotel

EErnest KurishI recently stayed at Chateau Bedford, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you're coming from the airport. It’s also close to COSTCO and IKEA, which was super handy for some quick shopping. Getting to downtown and the main shopping malls was also easy, making it a great base for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay better. The room was very clean, and the facilities were good, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it's great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it if you're visiting the area.

EEunice Gale DorongonCheckin was smooth, staff are nice and very accommodating, only thing is we were checked in a room where there are tick bugs. It was so horrifying, we checked in with our toddler as well. They were able to tranfer us to a different room, everyone was prompt to action this. But i dont think im gonna stay again at this hotel next time

NNeet singhEverything was good and clean. i really like the room and living area but thing which disappointed me which was water bottle service. They told us we only get 2 bottle water for 1 day each for 2 people. Only 2 water bottle is not enough. Other than that, everything was wonderful

DDouglasExtremely expensive for what was provided. The location is not within easy walking distance of any stores or any parks. The room was adequate, but the door had previously been kicked in, and the door frame had been patched with a thin piece of metal. Needless to say, this did make one question how secure the hotel was. My standard question is whether I would stay in the hotel again. In this situation, the answer is no.

GGuest UserIt was unclear to me when I booked online that a “physical” credit card was required to use for a damage deposit. *I had loaded my credit card to my wallet on my iPhone & left the physical card @ home. (I don’t carry a purse, so this was a great option for me). The motels policy was credit card to use as a damage deposit…NO exceptions 😱 I had offered to use cash, but, was told no 😱😱 It just so happened that I had a credit card tucked away in my glove box or I would have been out of luck…would not have been allowed to check in & would have lost $400 on the room rental. SO…beware travellers!!

SSherrianneThe hotel was easy to locate and conveniently situated. Our room was clean and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable overnight stay. One aspect of the room layout that felt a bit awkward was the bathroom configuration—the shower and toilet were in a separate room while the sink was located outside of it, which made bathroom use slightly inconvenient. The indoor pool area was nice, though the water could have been a little warmer. Additionally, there were no towels available when we arrived and we had to locate a staff member to obtain some. The onsite parking option for our three-week trip was greatly appreciated and eliminated one potential stress before our travels. The shuttle service to Halifax Airport was punctual and reliable, getting us to the airport safely and on time. The complimentary breakfast was decent, although the hot food items were somewhat slow to be replenished, resulting in a short wait. Overall, this is a solid option for an overnight stay, particularly if you have an early flight from Halifax Airport the next day.

RRoaming DogHotel was situated on a huge property with plenty of free parking. Free parking at hotels is a rare commodity  these days as every establishment is treating it as a cash grab. Hotel is roght beside a strip mall with a few shops and a pizza store. Besides this, nothing is within walking distance. When I arrived back to my room after a late dinner, I found a roaming cockroach in the washroom and I instantly sent it to it’s death. Hotel was quite comfortable front desk staff were courteous. I would recommend the hotel to friends for stay if they ever happen to be in the vicinity. Overall I would return to this hotel myself if I’m ever in town.
