Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!

1. The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance to attractions like the Steam Clock and Chinatown, plus you can easily walk to Costco, T&T Supermarket, and the SkyTrain station. Taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance, and it's also very close to the Hertz downtown car rental location. 2. The suite has a double sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic facilities, so you can cook your own meals. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet. 3. The room rate included four complimentary breakfasts, which had a good variety and quality. Several floors in the hotel also provide drinking water, so you can fill your own bottles and save on buying water. 4. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. During our stay, we accidentally broke a bottle cap, and when we informed them, they said we didn't need to pay for it. 5. The hotel is also very close to the 2026 World Cup stadium, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city center.

Facilities: Excellent. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Great atmosphere. The only minor issue was the presence of some homeless and mentally unwell individuals nearby, but they didn't bother me or attack anyone, so it didn't impact my stay. Service: The service was fantastic, and I have to mention it. My English isn't great, and sometimes I needed a translator, but the front desk staff were incredibly patient and communicated with me with constant smiles. This made me feel at ease and not embarrassed. If I ever go to Vancouver again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards and keep improving!

nice building, great history, staff was nice and accommodating. However I was not impressed the political PRIDE flag flying out front. In fact I made a point of phone ahead to ask if it was taken down given that pride celibrations were over, I was told there would be no pride flag. I don't hate anyone, I have *** friends and acquaintances, but they are normal *** people who don't act talk or dress weird, they don't fly pride crap, in fact they are just as offended as I and others are bc it marginalizes being *** and targets children and mentally challenged people, which like Tumbler Ridge, are turned into fanatics. Its just when I'm on vacation, spending $600 a night for a little room, the last thing I want to deal with is political BS, especially when I'm about to dine, which turned me off from dinning in the hotel restaurant. I feel betrayed, with a portion of our holiday ruined. I won't be staying at the this Fairmont or any others until things change, and I suggest you find somewhere else to send them a message. speaking with your pocket book is powerful way to get the message across. Legal action is too, but at this point I'm hoping they'll understand how offensive and controversial the situation is and do the right thing. personally, I wouldn't have mind if they put it up for the week of pride dt, but to slap people of faith and morals in the face with that crap is unacceptable. Eve's hotel was great in that the room and bed was comfortable and the private ensuite washroom was a bonus. One point tho would be to have the shower head holder fixture repaired so that the shower head would be fixed. But again this is just minor. The common kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The common living room area was nice but only I could not figure out how to watch TV or Stream on it. There also was a washer dryer which was a huge bonus . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel but I felt overpriced, not a great security place as well. A lot of better options in Vancouver with better price. I think I arrived during a game event or something so there are a lot of people from outside sitting in the lobby, running around and they r not even staying in that hotel.No privacy and those people occupied all the seats/sofa in the lobby for 3-4 hrs. The next day the hotel took away all the seats out of nowhere. Such a weird thing

Review hotel We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea. The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

The room was spacious, and the hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk from the station, which makes getting to and from the airport on the Canada Line very convenient. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel service was great, and the coffee was delicious. We stayed for 6 nights in total. I had a cup of coffee every day, but on the last day, it was just watery, I wonder why? We arrived early on check-in day, and the front desk staff, wanting us to have a comfortable stay, upgraded our room since we were staying for 5 nights. However, the toilet in the bathroom had a slight leak. We didn't switch rooms because it wasn't a major issue, and we were out all day anyway. The hotel's location is excellent; you can actually walk to most places, or take the bus or subway. There are many diverse food options nearby, including Asian and American cuisine. At night, the area downstairs is very lively with many nightclubs. The hotel room provided an umbrella, which is essential as Vancouver is a rainy city, and a safe. The bathroom and room size were both quite decent. But I wonder if booking through Trip.com means the rooms and beds would be smaller?

Facilities was good but not really because the amenities are not complete they dont have slippers, toiletries need to be requested at the front desk and get by your own. Bottled water also you need to request. To the coffee lovers they have many choices you can get it to their lobby. Inside the room has a coffee also and tea. Front desk was so helpful especially to Ms. ALOKA who such a good service and willingly helped me. To get my ride from the hotel to the BC ferry. Thank you so much her service is beyond expectations.
