"Prince Hotel Jiaoxi is in an excellent location. Downstairs, you'll find KFC and Lu Zhi Xiang Duck Vermicelli, and right across the street is Yishunxuan Bakery, a famous local spot in Jiaoxi. It's within a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the transfer station. The front desk staff are all very friendly. The pillows, sheets, and bathtub in the room were all meticulously clean. It's a small but lovely place that I highly recommend."
"The location requires a bit of a walk, but the inside feels fantastic. All the facilities are new and very smart, the bathtub is also very clean, and the bed is super comfortable. Overall, it's really pleasant! I love Jiaoxi, and I'll definitely come back to stay here again."
"It is a very favorable accommodation! But not very easy to find! For us who are just transitioning for one night, it is a high Cp value! The room is also clean and tidy, parking is convenient, self-check-in! The only thing that needs to be improved is that the hot water is not stable and will suddenly be very hot!"
"The location is great, making it easy to find places to eat. The duplex room was decent, and the in-room hot spring tub was quite large. However, the check-in and actual accommodation were in different buildings, and there was no one to guide us, which led us to the wrong building and wasted a lot of time. Overall, it was still pretty good, and I'd consider coming back if I have the chance."
"The location is great, about a 3-5 minute walk to Tangweigou Hot Spring Park.
There's a free parking lot about a 3-minute walk from the hotel (though you can't drive out between 10 PM and 8 AM).
Right across from the hotel, there's another parking lot available for NT$250, valid until check-out the next day.
The hotel also offers bicycles for guests to borrow.
The room was a bit small because they dedicated most of the space to a large, clean bathroom.
The hot spring soak was very relaxing.
Soundproofing was decent.
On the second floor, there's a good selection of complimentary drinks and coffee.
Given the price, I'd definitely consider staying here again! 👍"
"Cons: The room had mismatched beds (one large, one small). The overall decor felt very dated, almost from the last century. The room lighting was dim, and the bedside outlets had low voltage, causing power banks and phones to charge extremely slowly. The bathroom was quite small, making it difficult for a larger person to turn around comfortably, and there weren't enough bath mats.
Pros: The location is excellent, directly opposite Dongmen Night Market. There's a McDonald's right next door, and a laundry shop and Watsons are conveniently located nearby. They offer complimentary bicycle rentals, and we even received a thoughtful farewell gift upon check-out. The staff provided excellent service, offering a map and helpful local recommendations."
"The homestay is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and there is a children's room, which is very suitable for family travelers.
The service of the staff is very good and will reply as soon as necessary
The overall experience is good 😉 I will go again if I have a chance."
"Although it looks old, for this price it's a great option. The design is surprisingly good for an older hotel, with nice artistry and amenities. The bathtub is a jacuzzi too.
Or you can soak in the rooftop pool if you prefer, but you'll need a swimsuit.
The breakfast coupon is valid at a local restaurant next to 7-Eleven, and the food is delicious.
I think I'll definitely come back to eat there again."
"The location is very close to the train station via a small path. The breakfast, which I added on, was plentiful. The room was very new, and the cleaning staff tidied up daily. The partnership with a parking lot was very convenient. However, there were a lot of tour groups. I stayed for 3 days, and only the first day was quiet. The other two days had pilgrimage groups and company family trips. Since I had a continuous stay, I wish they could have grouped me with people from the first day. It felt like the whole floor was filled with people from the same group, and they were really noisy. The staff's attempts to quiet them down were ignored, which was quite unpleasant."
"The bathroom is too small, and it takes five to ten minutes for the hot water to heat up.
In summer, the blankets are too thick; it's too hot to cover myself with them, but too cold to leave them on."

GGuest UserThe hotel's front desk staff were very welcoming, and the parking lot security guards were super friendly too. The hotel is very close to the train station, making it easy to walk everywhere. The room was a little old but extremely clean, and the bathrobes were both comfortable and cute. The hotel has private hot springs, with each room having its own soaking tub, filled with the same hot spring water, which was incredibly relaxing. The Sanyou Ramen restaurant downstairs is delicious, and hotel guests even get a discount.
VVkwanAwesome hot spring hotel with spectacular view at rooftop pool, movie night and hot spring. Breakfast buffet and spacious room and in room amenities. Highly recommended and definitely will stay there again. Dinner at hotel restaurant because it’s raining, tasty and great service but feel a bit rush with 100 minutes time limit.
BBeautiful day to travelWe had a wonderful stay at Wunuan Homestay in Jiaoxi. The location is very convenient, especially if you're driving. It is just a few minutes from the highway exit—simply turn right after exiting, and you'll reach the homestay within minutes.
The surroundings are peaceful, scenic, and a refreshing escape from the city. One of the highlights was the river right in front of the property. True to the previous reviews, you can fish there, and it was a memorable experience for our family. We enjoyed spending time outdoors and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere.
Driving made it easy to explore the surrounding area. There are many beaches, farms, and family-friendly attractions nearby, although having a car is definitely recommended. The roads were quiet with very little traffic, and we loved the wide open fields, greenery, and the absence of high-rise buildings. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy nature.
The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He recommended excellent local food, suggested places to visit, and even assisted us with making reservations, which made our trip much smoother.
The homestay itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for families. Our room comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our teenage son, and we had plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
One small point to note is that the bathroom floor can become quite slippery when wet, so extra care is needed, especially for children and older guests.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Wunuan Homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat while exploring Jiaoxi and Yilan. In
薇薇vivi1. The hotel is new, the surroundings are quiet, and parking is convenient.
2. The room is clean with excellent natural light, and you can see Guishan Island in the distance from the balcony.
3. They offer a thoughtful snack service, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry late at night.
4. The breakfast selection is diverse and plentiful.
5. I would definitely come back again; it was a great stay.
GGuest UserLocation: Relatively close to Jiaoxi Bus Station. It's a bit far from the train station and the main street.
We stayed in a Japanese-style quad room, but the space was smaller than expected. The private hot spring tub on the terrace was quite large (can fit two adults) and very clean.
We had a mountain view room, and since the opposite side faces apartments, the mountain view was a significant advantage.
There's also complimentary tea and tofu pudding service. For the outdoor hot spring area, you need to bring a swimsuit and a swimming cap to enter.
The breakfast service didn't have a huge variety, but it was clean and decent.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location right next to Jiaoxi Train Station is incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by train; you can walk there immediately after exiting the station. The surrounding area offers excellent amenities, with plenty of food and drink options easily accessible, whether it's local snacks, restaurants, or convenience stores.
The hotel boasts comprehensive public facilities, including an open-air hot spring (nude bath), which is very relaxing. There's also a spa, swimming pool, and gym available, making for a rich overall recreational experience. For guests driving, free parking is available downstairs within the hotel.
As for the room, the TV offers Netflix and YouTube, which is convenient for relaxing in the evenings.
Overall, the accommodation quality is decent, though the soundproofing could be better, but it's still acceptable.
LLoy T YHotel is near to Yilan Railway Station. The night market is just nearby. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel. Great beef noodle shop operated just beside the hotel. The price of accommodation is good. Big room.
卓卓燊Kids' Experience: Features a wide array of facilities, including a huge indoor play area with diverse amenities, regular Happy Hour snacks, and interactive meet-and-greets. It's truly a place where kids ”can play all day long.”
🚗 Convenient Transportation: Approximately a 2-5 minute walk from Luodong Train Station and about 5-10 minutes from Luodong Night Market. Free parking is also available.
🛏️ Inconsistent Accommodation Quality: Poor soundproofing leads to easy noise disturbance. Some rooms have a musty smell, and air conditioning is not adjustable. Several amenities suffer from insufficient water pressure, often resulting in no hot water. Additionally, there are no self-service laundry machines.
🍽️ Mediocre Dining: Breakfast options are limited, timed, and give a rushed feeling.
GGuest UserThe location is perfect, but there's no hotel parking. There's a private parking lot nearby with reasonable rates, though. The room floor was really dirty, and under the bed was just as bad. There were also lots of bugs in the room, and quite a few mosquitoes... I got woken up by mosquitoes in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep.
If I had to choose again, I'd definitely avoid this hotel.
