We were traveling with our children, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers for the children. The children liked the hotel very much and asked for at least a six-star rating. Facilities: They are all relatively new and comprehensive. There is a rest area on the first floor, with hot water and a coffee machine. Service: The service is very patient and thoughtful."

Here are a few suggestions: the toilet flush needs adjusting as the water flow is too strong and sprays out; it would be better to provide two key cards during check-in, otherwise it's inconvenient if guests don't enter and exit together. Also, the hotel's parking lot is in the courtyard behind the hotel, and the front is a one-way street with unclear signage. Navigation leads to the hotel entrance, and then you have to go further inside. The navigation ends at the hotel entrance, leaving you scrambling to find the parking lot."

The lobby is decorated with elegant atmosphere, the atmosphere at the door is full, the front desk staff is professional and polite, there is no drag throughout the whole process, and the quiet room type is recommended according to my needs. The room space is open and bright, all corners are clean and dust-free, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, with blackout curtains, and the sleep experience is full; the quality of bathroom products is online, 24 hours of stable hot water, and the feeling of home is full. "The hotel staff were very professional, promptly responding to and actively resolving any issues I raised. The room they switched me to was excellent, and I stayed for four nights. The breakfast offered freshly made chicken noodle soup, beef noodle soup, and chicken wonton soup, all of which tasted great. There was also coffee and yogurt. I particularly enjoyed the steamed corn and plain rice porridge, typical of Northeast China. I booked a small suite, which was spacious and bright. Disposable bathtub liners and bath salts were provided daily, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. The shower had great water pressure and consistent hot water. On the first floor, there's a fridge stocked with free DeShi brand ice pops. The tea and drink bar, accessible with a room key, offered complimentary Pepsi, sparkling water, coffee, and bottled water. There's also a Luckin Coffee right outside the hotel, and delivery robots bring takeout right to your door. The internet was stable, and there was a good selection of TV channels. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, mainly because the room they switched me to was quiet and non-smoking, which made for a much more pleasant experience. Being on a high floor, the room also offered a nice view of the old town outside the window."
