I have to give this hotel a thumbs up! I originally booked the room with the mentality of giving it a try, but it was a surprise everywhere! The room was very clean! The sheets and quilts were not wrinkled at all, and there were no water stains even in the dead corners of the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was as enthusiastic as her own family. Not only did she take the initiative to help with the luggage, but she also patiently recommended nearby delicious restaurants. There were so many types of breakfast that I was dazzled, and the wontons and freshly fried eggs were so delicious. It is super convenient to buy things and take taxis around here. I booked this hotel specifically for the school exam. It's inside the school, which is very convenient. The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the room type. When I first arrived, I couldn't find the seat and she took the initiative to pick me up. A delicious breakfast was provided in the morning. The service was great.

For the first time in my life, a hotel was overbooked. For the first time in my life, there was a power outage five times. For the first time in my life, the lights suddenly turned on while sleeping (five times). For the first time in my life, I had to manually turn on the air conditioner while sleeping (five times). The laundry room was not allowed to be used (the reason was different every day) and the curtains did not block light. The cleaning of the extended stay was extremely poor, the trash was not taken out, the beds were not folded, and the empty water bottles were not thrown away. The night shift guy at City Convenience Hotel is very kind. The order marked check-out at 14:00, but I got a call at 12:00 saying that it was timed out, and then like a charity, I was told to extend the check-out time until 14:00. In praise of Shang Qi.

This stay was particularly satisfactory, the room was well done, the corners were very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was dry and odorless. The room is spacious, the lighting is good and the sound insulation is online, the night is particularly quiet, and the rest is very comfortable. The current season is really not bad, affordable, really cost-effective! The standard foreign express hotel is also equipped with a washing machine dryer, which is really convenient! Yesterday, our family of three went to Shenyang with a 4-year-old baby. We stayed at the Atour Hotel in Shenbei University Town, Shenyang. Special thanks to the front desk staff. After we finished breakfast, the child was walking around in the restaurant. I thought I went back to the room with the father to get something. The father of the child thought he was having dinner with me in the restaurant. But the baby had already arrived at the front lobby without knowing when. When I was looking for it, the lady at the front desk was squatting down to explain to the baby the book ”Please Draw Love” by Atour Bamboo House. I was afraid. The baby ran out alone without accompanying me. I squatted down and hugged the baby to explain. It really touched my heart. It made me feel that it was right to choose to live in Yaduo. And like the book Yaduo Zhuju, Yaduo is using love. way to serve every guest.

This stay was a very good experience. Two extra bottles of water were given upon check-in. The room was quite large, with good lighting from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was bright and well-equipped. The front desk service was very good. Jia Lan, the front office manager, specially upgraded the room for me. There is free parking, and travel is also very convenient. I recommend it.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is absolutely prime in Shenyang. It's just 200 meters from the subway and right in the heart of Shenyang's Middle Street business district. The Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Liu Laogen Grand Stage are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is also very comfortable, and the room layout is reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were excellent; they offered me hot water, instantly dispelling the chill. The breakfast on the second day was also very plentiful. I highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay here. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The hotel itself is in a prime location right in the heart of Shenyang city center. It's only about a 2km taxi ride to popular spots like Xita, Zhongjie, Taiyuan Street, and the Imperial Palace. If you prefer the subway, it's very close too – just about a seven or eight-minute walk, and there's a handy shortcut. While there aren't many breakfast options nearby, the hotel provides a fantastic breakfast from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, which is perfect for late risers. The restaurant offers a great variety of dishes, and the food was excellent. Plus, the laundry room and gym on the 8th floor are both free and open 24/7. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A big shout-out to the lovely ladies at the front desk – they were wonderful!

It truly sets the benchmark for hotels in Northeast China! 👍 The dining, service, gym, pool, and views are all top-notch in Shenyang. We chose Conrad again for our anniversary.
The executive lounge benefits for two included delicious afternoon tea pastries, drinks, and cookies. Dinner was quite substantial, featuring curry lamb, seasonal vegetables, and freshly made noodles, along with several cocktails – definitely worth a staycation.
This was our first time bringing our child, and we discovered Conrad's solid wood kids' play area, which is really well-made and quite rare. I'm not a fan of ball pits; they don't seem very hygienic or safe. Our baby had a great time here, and it was relaxing for us parents too. The space is large and safe, truly worth bringing kids to. This setup allows one parent to take care of the child while the other enjoys swimming or working out, which is a lifesaver!
Conrad's swimming pool is a must-visit for me. The 28.5℃ constant temperature pool has an amazing environment and view. The gym is professional, clean, and very high-end, with an open layout rather than being cramped. You can work out every body part, and they've even added new equipment – fantastic! 👍
The executive rooms feature a round bathtub by the window, offering incredible views from the 80+ floor. You can even bring your favorite bubble bath.
The breakfast beef noodles are excellent! 👍 The roujiamo and sauerkraut pies are quite unique. The lunch roasted duck is great! 👍 And they offer salmon.
Finally, a huge thank you to Steven, Sarah, and Vera for their warm and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The service at Conrad Shenyang is truly its soul! 👍 I recommend it to everyone visiting Shenyang.

The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

While it didn't have a washing machine, the host was incredibly accommodating. Upon learning of our need, they went out of their way to come over after 10 PM to help us spin-dry our clothes, which we deeply appreciated. The guesthouse's location was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around via the subway. Definitely recommend.

Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

CcindyI have to say, the bathhouses in Northeast China are truly amazing, haha! The facilities are top-notch. The first floor has water play areas and hot springs, perfect for families with kids – they won't want to leave! The second floor has various hot spring pools, less crowded, ideal for adults without kids who want to relax and enjoy themselves. The third floor features a restaurant, a汗蒸 (Korean-style sauna), a kids' play area (naughty castle), and a cinema. The fourth floor has mahjong rooms and various lounges. The outdoor area looks like a lot of fun, but my child was too young and the weather wasn't warm enough, so we didn't go to any of those. Also, the most impressive and longest swimming pool only opens on May 1st. For dining, there are both buffet and à la carte options (the restaurant has different time slots; once the buffet ends, you can order à la carte). The buffet offers hot pot, BBQ, and seafood – excellent value for money. If you're not staying in a villa, your accommodation will be in the same building as the hot springs, on the 5th floor, which is quite convenient overall. The hotel breakfast is very rich and, in my opinion, even better than the hot spring buffet!

Literally built within the walls of the Shenyang palace, an easy 5 minute walk down the main street to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Huaiyuanmen station just outside the palace walls. The room was immaculate with brand new furnishing as the hotel seems to be newly renovated with an Art Deco vibe. For the price you couldn't ask for any more.
An absolute joy to stay at, the front desk service was immensely helpful with advice and even offered to wash and dry my clothes upon request on the first night. Couldn't be happier and will return, thank you so much!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right outside the subway station, and surrounded by a shopping district, so you can eat and shop everywhere you go. The hotel even provides food from 5 PM to 7 PM. I had many packages delivered to the front desk, and they were happy to receive them. The only downside is that the room is a bit old, and the bathroom mirror is transparent. So, it's fine for couples or families, but perhaps not ideal for work colleagues. Also, the restaurant on the seventh floor is next to a conference room, and the smoke from there was so strong I couldn't stand to be in it.
