The hotel's surroundings are excellent, right in the city center with super convenient transportation. The entrance to Line 1 is right next door, and Wenshuyuan Metro Station is only 800 meters away. Public transport is also easy, with a direct bus to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street. The location is great for reaching various attractions, and taxis are readily available and cheap, effectively reducing travel costs. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, with many fresh flower decorations in the lobby. The staff are also very good. Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips!

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

I had a wonderful stay at the Dorsett hotel in Chengdu. Having previously stayed at the same hotel chain in Hong Kong, I was once again impressed by the attentive and thoughtful staff. I requested a non-smoking room with a view on a higher floor, and I believe I was even given an upgrade. The staff speaks good English and were extremely helpful throughout my stay. They assisted me in booking a visit to the Panda Base and also provided useful recommendations for must-see attractions in Chengdu. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the city. I will definitely return to this hotel chain whenever I have the opportunity during my travels.

The service of the staff in Ibis was excellent. I would like to call out Mr. Zhang Wei 張偉先生, for his Greta help and excellent service. He was very patient and very helpful throughout my stay here. Breakfast was great with a huge spread. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Xi Da Jie Metro station and it's right in the city center. I would stay here again next time. Thanks!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Check-in was super efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and bright, with soft, clean bedding and a selection of pillows at different heights – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were brand new, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The location was also very convenient; there's a subway station and a convenience store right downstairs, and it was only about a fifteen-minute taxi ride to major attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly made rice noodles were especially delicious. Upon check-out, they even gave me a small souvenir, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the experience was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

My first visit to Chengdu was over 10 years ago. Back then, it was a city recovering, with an older appearance and a smaller downtown area. Now, it's a huge, constantly growing and developing metropolis. This apartment hotel is pretty much in the city center, just two subway stops from popular spots like Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. It's clean, tidy, and the service is great. The studio apartment is well-equipped, and it's quiet at night, which is perfect for sleeping. The value for money is excellent – I definitely recommend it!

I was staying at another hotel, but the noise was so bad that I moved here. It’s very relaxing and quiet, and the front desk staff were wonderful. If you need to do laundry, the front desk staff will help you. You can do laundry for free. There’s also a bathtub where you can soak. 別のホテルに泊まっていたが、騒音が酷かったのでここに来た。とてもリラックスできて静かで、フロントの対応も素晴らしくて良かったです。洗濯物をする場合、フロントの人が手伝ってくれます。無料で洗濯することができます。バスタブもあり、浴槽に浸かれる。 之前住在另一家酒店，但因为噪音太大，所以搬到了这里。这里非常安静，让人感到十分放松，前台的服务也非常周到，令人满意。如果需要洗衣服，前台工作人员会帮忙。可以免费洗衣。房间里还配有浴缸，可以泡澡。

The breakfast was great – small but everything you need. The lady at the front desk even applied a Huazhu discount, which made it excellent value for money. All the staff we encountered were very kind, polite, and highly service-oriented. From the cleaning lady on the fourth floor who patiently helped us clear our easily-clogged toilet, to Master Yang on the first floor who was always around, warmly explaining breakfast options and patiently teaching me how to use the self-service laundry machine, everyone made me feel incredibly welcome on my first visit to Chengdu.

I was very satisfied with the environment; the decor was exquisite and thoughtfully arranged, showing great taste. What really impressed me was that I messaged the hotel WeChat a long time in advance to request a specific room type, and they actually arranged it for me – that was incredibly helpful! The heated toilet seat was very comfortable, and breakfast was abundant. The staff were also excellent. I had a bunch of deliveries and takeaways sent to the front desk, and they helped me collect them all with a great attitude. The room was also exceptionally spacious! Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will be my top choice!

We spent two nights in Chengdu primarily to visit the Chengdu Research Base for Giant Panda Breeding and wanted a hotel that was central, walkable, and close to Kuanzhai Alley, parks, and temples. The Hidden House checked all of those boxes and ended up being one of the best stays of our trip. From check-in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff were kind, spoke English, and immediately helped with our luggage, insisting on bringing it all the way to the room. Service throughout the stay was consistently attentive without feeling overbearing. The elevator is exterior-facing and very fast, consistently arriving within about 30 seconds. It was reliable the entire time, which is worth noting since that setup could raise concerns at first glance. We booked a deluxe double with a bathtub, which came with a private patio including a table, chairs, and an awning. This turned out to be a highlight. On our last night it rained, and we were still able to sit outside comfortably. The room itself is well-designed and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the bathroom featured a high-end bidet with a heated seat and automatic lid. The shower had strong water pressure, and the included foot bath was a genuinely thoughtful touch, especially after walking over 10 km at the panda base. Breakfast was another standout. The menu is small, around four options, but that focus clearly pays off in quality. The dining area sits next to a water feature and offers private rooms, making for a calm start to the day. The americano was surprisingly good, and the congee, served with a salted duck egg, was excellent. There is also a self-service washing machine on the top floor, with detergent and antibacterial liquid provided. After 10 days of travel, being able to wash socks and undergarments, which many hotel laundry services will not handle, was a huge plus. Finally, the staff, Xiao Xiao, Xiao Tang, and Xiao Ying, really elevated the stay. They made everything feel easy and taken care of. The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute walk from People’s Park and Kuanzhai Alley. If I return to Chengdu, I would stay here again without hesitation.
