The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! It's a quick 10-minute drive to Guangzhou South Railway Station, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers catching high-speed trains. This time, I got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice touch. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel is Florence Town Outlet, perfect for families who want to shop without any hassle. The hotel's overall decor is grand and stylish, with a spacious and bright lobby. The facilities are top-notch, including a complimentary 24-hour gym, self-service laundry room, and multi-functional business meeting rooms. The breakfast buffet on the second floor offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The front desk service was professional and efficient, and both check-in and check-out were handled quickly. The room was comfortable and cozy, with soft bedding, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Whether you're transiting via high-speed rail or enjoying a leisurely shopping trip at the outlets, this is a top accommodation choice. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when traveling to and from Guangzhou South Railway Station, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

XanaDeluxe Hotel Foshan Danzao — A Genuinely Great Stay with One Notable Flaw As someone who spent most of their trip based at the hotel, I can give a pretty thorough take on what it’s actually like to live in this place for a few days. First impressions The lobby sets the tone immediately. It’s clean, well-presented and the staff are genuinely professional. As an English speaker with only basic Mandarin, I was a little nervous about communication, but the front desk team went above and beyond with translation and made me feel completely at ease. That kind of hospitality is hard to fake. The Room My room was impressively clean overall. The only thing I’d flag is the carpet, which felt like it could use a deeper steam clean. Nothing alarming, and perfectly fine with slippers, but worth mentioning. The air conditioning though? Absolutely elite. Strong, reliable and a lifesaver. Facilities The fifth floor amenities are a real highlight. The gym has brand new equipment, fresh towels and complimentary water ready to go. I spent some solid time on the cardio machines and had zero complaints. The laundry room is also genuinely impressive — four washers, four dryers, plenty of seating, steamers and a dedicated ironing area. Very thoughtfully set up. Food The hotel has several dining options on-site. I tried the dim sum and it was solid. Good variety, good quality and a nice atmosphere. The One Thing That Needs Work Wi-Fi. For younger travellers especially, reliable internet is non-negotiable. Whether it was for remote work or just streaming, the speeds were consistently disappointing. Upload and download were both underwhelming. My cellular signal wasn’t great either, but I’d expect the hotel Wi-Fi to compensate for that, not add to the frustration. Final Verdict This is a hotel that genuinely nails the hospitality side of things. It’s clean, the staff are warm and professional, and the facilities are well above average. Sort out the Wi-Fi and this is easily a five-star experience across the board. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Danzao.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredible team here. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special shout-out to Ting Ting at the reception, who went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay. Whether it was answering my questions, or just checking in to make sure I had everything I needed — the service was truly top-notch. The food was incredible, I can’t wait to come back and taste it again. It’s rare to find such warm and genuine hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to come back soon! Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable.

I had a truly satisfying stay, honestly, I couldn't find a single fault. Both the facilities and service were top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally professional, truly going above and beyond to accommodate every request. The room was standard but the river view was fantastic. You can confidently choose this hotel for your trip. I stayed here for three days, and Shunde's food goes without saying. Taking a swim when it was hot during the day was very pleasant. The location is a bit south, but it's only about a ten-dollar taxi ride to some of the popular foodie spots in the city. Here are a few small suggestions: 1. I'd suggest installing voice control for the room, or at least a timer for the air conditioning. The hotel's AC is incredibly powerful; the lobby was freezing, and even with the AC on all night in the room, it got a bit chilly. 2. The mattress was a little too soft; it would be better if it were firmer. 3. The touch buttons by the bed weren't very responsive, physical buttons would be better. Especially for opening the curtains, you had to keep pressing and holding. Despite these minor points, it was an excellent stay. Five-star review!

This time, I was in Foshan for a business trip and stayed at this hotel several times. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Qiandeng Lake, where I could take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the breeze. It was also very convenient to take a taxi to shopping areas for meals, which was a great convenience for business travelers. The check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff, Shirley, Lucas, and May, were very courteous and didn't just mechanically go through the motions. Their communication was gentle and efficient. On several occasions, when I had small last-minute requests, their response was prompt, and they genuinely helped coordinate and resolve issues. I could feel that their service came from the heart, not just superficial pleasantries. The guest rooms were spacious and airy with excellent natural light. The room was well-maintained and clean, with the desk and bathroom corners meticulously tidied. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a great way to relieve fatigue after a busy day. The bathroom had ample and stable water pressure, making for a good daily experience. The hotel's public areas were grand and elegant, and the lobby and corridors were kept very clean. It was comfortable to relax in the lobby during downtime. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Cantonese dim sum and Western light meals, with hot food replenished promptly, catering to various tastes. The gym and swimming pool were well-equipped, making it convenient to squeeze in a workout between business engagements. Of course, it wasn't absolutely perfect, and there's a little room for improvement in a few minor details, but overall, the minor flaws don't overshadow its excellence. Whether for business or a short leisure trip, this hotel is a great choice. My entire stay was reassuring and relaxing, and the dedication of the service team was genuinely felt. When I return to Foshan in the future, I will still prioritize staying here and would gladly recommend it to friends who are traveling.

Overall, I'm satisfied. Facilities: The parking lot is convenient. Hygiene: The room hygiene was satisfactory. Environment: Parking is convenient, and the hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Wangfujing Innovation Park (Gongfu Night Market). Service: Satisfactory. There was plenty of drinking water in the room, highly recommend. The front desk even provided a large umbrella to shield us from the rain when it was pouring.

Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent, with a plethora of dining options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for meals and shopping. Pros: - **Exceptional Service**: All my special requests made during booking were perfectly accommodated. They successfully arranged connecting rooms, a non-smoking floor, and even granted a late check-out. The staff's service attitude and efficiency were outstanding. - **Spacious & Well-Equipped**: I stayed on a renovated floor, and the room was very spacious, feeling open and not at all cramped. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful, able to reach a satisfyingly low temperature, which was a blessing for someone sensitive to heat. Cons: - **Details Needing Improvement**: Although the room interior had been renovated, the bathroom clearly hadn't been updated alongside it, appearing a bit old-fashioned. - The bathroom door didn't close smoothly and tended to not shut completely unless forced. Summary: Despite the minor flaws with the bathroom and door, these issues didn't overshadow the positives. The excellent location, spacious rooms, and attentive service made this a truly enjoyable stay. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I specifically came to Shunde for a food tour and chose to stay at the Emperor Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, so I have to give it a glowing review! 🏨 Room Environment: Clean, tidy, and completely odor-free. I booked a standard twin room, and my first impression upon entering was how clean and airy the entire space was. There wasn't any stuffiness, smoke, or damp smell. The wall panels and carpets were meticulously maintained, and the bedding on both beds was pristine white, soft, and neatly made without any stains. There was no dust accumulation on the TV cabinet or desk corners, and the desktop power outlets and storage areas were wiped perfectly clean. The room was very spacious, and the twin bed layout felt uncrowded. The blackout curtains by the floor-to-ceiling window worked wonderfully. The配套设施书桌, chair, wardrobe, and mini-fridge were all available. There was plenty of space for luggage, and the lighting was soft and not harsh, making for a very comfortable night's rest. 🛁 Bathroom: Marble-textured, dry/wet separation – super convenient. The bathroom was a definite highlight. The full marble tile renovation gave it a visually upscale feel. The glass shower enclosure provided complete dry/wet separation, with no standing water on the floor. The sink mirror, toilet, and towel rack were all spotless. The bath and face towels were neatly folded, and the hairdryer and toiletries area were well-organized. The shower water pressure was stable, making for an excellent daily washing experience. 📍 Excellent Location, Super Convenient for Eating and Exploring. The hotel is situated in the core area of Daliang. It's an 8-minute walk to Jinbang Street and Beidi Temple, where you can try Huanji Milk and local snacks. Right downstairs at the entrance is a long-standing bamboo noodle shop, and the hotel's second floor features a dim sum Chinese restaurant. You can enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum in the morning without having to go far. Whether you're visiting Qinghui Garden and Huagai Road during the day or going out for a late-night snack, getting around is incredibly easy. ✨ Extra Bonus Details: 1. Excellent soundproofing in the room; corridor and outdoor noise were almost imperceptible, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 2. Complete facilities, stable TV and WiFi signals, ample charging outlets, and a landline phone on the bedside table. 3. The hotel service was gentle and courteous, and check-in was efficient. 4. Great value for money; the room was spacious, and hygiene standards were high. It's definitely a top choice for a short trip to Shunde. Small Suggestion: The hotel's decor leans towards a classic business style, not trendy or youthful, but its cleanliness, practicality, and convenient location are its strengths. Friends looking to purely explore Shunde's food scene and seeking comfortable, clean accommodation can confidently choose this hotel! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The complete absence of odors throughout the entire room is truly rare. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shunde!

I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!
