When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

Nice experience. We always choose to stay in this hotel since years ago and we can see they’ve been doing better. Clean and tidy room, nice hair dryer. They have super friendly and helpful staff. Nice and helpful receptionist. Even their breakfast is delicious! Location is convenient and nearby the furniture mall. Highly recommend.

Thanks to the front desk for upgrading our room, but the service wasn't very enthusiastic. After checking in, they left my ID at the front desk. I tried calling the front desk multiple times and they didn't answer until after several attempts. I hope they improve their service. The location is great, right near Lingnan Tiandi, making it convenient to go shopping anywhere. I love this type of apartment hotel with a balcony, blending in with the surrounding ancient buildings and local houses. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in Foshan.

Despite my busy schedule, I managed to take my family to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Foshan. The environment was comfortable, and the room hygiene was excellent, with a full range of toiletries. Just a small suggestion: during peak delivery times, I'd recommend picking up your own food. Otherwise, takeaways can queue up, and the robot can't keep up. Having two robots would be better, especially since the hotel is quite large. Other than that, I want to commend Ms. Shirley; she was incredibly warm and even thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and good food. The hotel also has a heated indoor swimming pool, which my kids absolutely loved, saying they want to stay here again next time we visit Foshan. Plus, the breakfast spread was quite good, and the staff were very friendly. All in all, a pleasant stay!☺️

There was no dust accumulation on the TV cabinet or desk corners, and the desktop power outlets and storage areas were wiped perfectly clean. The room was very spacious, and the twin bed layout felt uncrowded. The blackout curtains by the floor-to-ceiling window worked wonderfully. The配套设施书桌, chair, wardrobe, and mini-fridge were all available. There was plenty of space for luggage, and the lighting was soft and not harsh, making for a very comfortable night's rest. 🛁 Bathroom: Marble-textured, dry/wet separation – super convenient. You can enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum in the morning without having to go far. Whether you're visiting Qinghui Garden and Huagai Road during the day or going out for a late-night snack, getting around is incredibly easy. ✨ Extra Bonus Details: 1. Excellent soundproofing in the room; corridor and outdoor noise were almost imperceptible, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 2. I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!
