The hotel was really nice and comfortable. 100/100
The bed was nice. The room was spacious. They give free snacks and drinks in the room. They have a lot of variety of pillows. They also have a water refilling station outside of the room.
They have a business room where you can even print something. They have a gym and a laundry area but you need to pay for the laundry I think.
The breakfast buffet was superb. A lot of variety and options. However, they don’t change it so after the second day, it kinda gets boring already but it’s still good!
They can also help arrange a car service for you if you need one.
The only thing I hope they improve is the check in time hehe. It was 4pm. I wish it can be a little bit earlier. But this isn’t a problem at all.
The hotel is connected to Gloria Outlet (there’s a bridge directly connected to the hotel’s 2nd floor). It’s also connected to Xpark. Also, it’s connected to a mini mall (I forgot the name) where you can easily choose a food to eat. Just beware that almost all the restos closses at 9pm and a lot of resto only receives customers before 8pm.
I highly recommend this hotel when you plan to shop in Gloria Outlets. It was very convenient, clean and spacious. ☺️

Anonymous UserOverall, the service by the hotel staff was professional and they responded fast to our requests. For example, when I called and asked for a change of towel, under two minutes, the staff delivering the new towel pressed the door bell and she also apologised for the inconvenience. I was shocked by her speed, as if she was living in the room near me. The food was also one of the highlights. They have both international and local cuisine and the food and coffee was very delicious! The only inconvenience was the location as it is quite far from HSR stations and the free shuttle ended at 4.30pm. Hope CP Hotel can consider extending the free shuttle to 9pm.

Guest UserAs a returning guest to this hotel for my transit in Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. Hotel provides free shuttle services between hotel and airport. Easy access to Taipei city via the airport commuter or express train. The station A14a is just 30m on the right outside the hotel entrance. Fare @ NTD160 one way to Taipei Main Station, same fare for taking either Airport Commuter (roughly one hour) or Airport Express Train (40 minutes). To take Airport Express Train, need to take Airport Commuter from the Airport Hotel Station A14a and change to Airport Express at Terminal 2 (same platform).

MofaguguThis is a traditional star-rated hotel. The rooms are spacious, and while the decor has a bit of a retro feel, I think it perfectly caters to the needs of international tourists. The staff are also very attentive and speak multiple languages. So, if you're in Taiwan and flying out from Taoyuan Airport, I highly recommend staying here for a night. Convenience stores and shopping malls nearby aren't far, and it's only a 20-minute drive to the airport, so it's very convenient.

I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley, here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.

My stay at the Central Hotel was, in a nutshell, 'convenient and practical, but not luxurious.' The hotel's biggest draws are its location and price, making it ideal for short overnight stays or independent travelers.
The Central Hotel is situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major shopping areas and food streets. For backpackers and independent travelers, the location truly can't be beaten. With metro and train stations nearby, getting around to night markets or attractions is incredibly easy.
The room was generally clean, though of a medium size with a rather simple decor. The bedding and basic furniture were functional but lacked any sense of luxury. If you're looking for high-end accommodation or spacious, lavish rooms, this might feel a bit too ordinary.
Overall, the room's cleanliness was decent, but some details showed signs of age, such as marks on certain walls, furniture edges, or bathroom fixtures. In general, it felt clean but definitely not newly renovated.
It also came with two condoms.

ljh1I stayed here with my two children after a red-eye flight. To my surprise, they even prepared wine for us, and the kids loved their cute amenities! It was truly a wonderful stay. The swimming pool also has a spa, which was perfect for both adults and children to enjoy together. It was the best!

CharleeeI arrived late and left early, the hotel was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight transit stay. The man at reception could have been a bit friendlier though.
Also there was a very loud running water sound that lasted all night, I think either the plumbing or AC upstairs was making a strange noise. But after a while I didn’t notice the noise.
The hotel helped me book a taxi back to the airport which was 200 TWD. It’s very close to the airport, it took 3 minutes by car in the morning.
I didn’t try the breakfast.

The staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.
CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep.
Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable.
Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it.
Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore!
Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but...
PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.
I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
