VVaish’sI had a comfortable and convenient stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Messe during my recent trip.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—it’s very close to the Frankfurt Messe (exhibition center) and well-connected by tram and train, making it easy to get around the city.
The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. While not very spacious, they are thoughtfully designed and perfect for a short business or leisure stay. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good spread including breads, fruits, eggs, and beverages. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff manages it reasonably well.
The staff were polite and helpful, assisting promptly with check-in and any queries.
A small downside is that the hotel can feel a bit busy due to its proximity to the Messe, especially during events. Also, room sizes may feel slightly compact if you’re traveling with multiple suitcases.
Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel in Frankfurt, especially if you want convenience, cleanliness, and reliable service without spending too much.

EEutamaThe Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

HHeLiangEverything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

GGuest UserThe front desk service was really good, and the location is super convenient! It's right outside the main train station, but make sure you exit from the correct gate! Otherwise, you might end up walking in a circle around the station like I did. The hotel also has a bathtub, which is a nice touch, and the breakfast was decent too.

YYolandaFirst off, the location is super convenient, just a short walk to Frankfurt Central Station and all the main attractions. The front desk staff were really friendly and let us store our luggage for free. The first picture shows a pork knuckle I had at a food court in the central station – lots of people go there, so I tried it too. It was a huge portion, not expensive, but a bit salty. Overall, the hotel is great and definitely worth recommending.

Breakfast offers a wide variety of nutritious options, and the soundproofing is great. Plus, there's a free shuttle. It's a comfortable stay for a layover and offers great value for money.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful! Many thanks!

DDarren ChiengOverall is. Very good location hotel for business travel purpose as it’s beside the Frankfurt Main station. A bit off point for me as my room is at the station side which it’s very noisy and can’t have a proper sleep for my 4 nights stay. Requested to change the room but the hotel refused to do so as mentioned room is perfect to stay. This is because need to open the window let the cool air come into the room, so forced to bear with the noise🙂↕️
