"This is the second stay, all of them choose here after arriving in Santiago on the pilgrimage road, and they have lived for several days. Its kitchen is fully equipped, with full meals and pots, and a small supermarket to let you rest completely. A single room is available and a sink is also provided. Although the equipment is simple, the charges are extremely economical. It is a little distance from the city or the cathedral, and it is necessary to cross the city ditch. It is the place where ordinary people are rickets, but I like it because of this."
"Aside from the location being fairly convenient, there really isn’t much else to praise. It’s a hotel with no facilities at all , not even a bottle of water is provided, so you’ll have to buy your own from the supermarket. As for toothbrushes, slippers, shower caps or kettle, those definitely aren’t included either. One thing worth mentioning, though, is the very friendly male staff at the front desk. When we asked where to find a supermarket or which restaurants were open at that hour, he helped enthusiastically and even marked everything clearly on the map."
"When booking the hotel, it was described as having air conditioning, but upon check-in, the AC didn't work, and there was only a fan by the bed. We asked the front desk, but they simply said we'd booked an economy room without AC, adding that a fan was provided. They said the Ctrip description was incorrect and that we'd need to pay an additional 20 euros to upgrade to an air-conditioned room. While the staff's explanation was unpleasant, the fact that we were offered an air-conditioned room resolved the issue, as it didn't match the description. We ultimately reported the issue to Ctrip customer service, who responded promptly and refunded our trip coins. The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast was quite plentiful."
"Hotel was ok , little basic nothing in the room like complementary coffee and water so need to bring your own bath was nice big bathroom bed was comfy nice view over looking the port of Vigo"
"Delighted. When I return to Santiago I will definitely stay here again.
Good location, easy access to all places, good communication with bus lines and walking distance to the centre.
The facilities are very good and the staff at the accommodation is very friendly.
10/10"
"Suitable for business trips. The hotel is very close to the city center, within a ten-minute walk from the train station, a great location. Like most European hotels, the rooms are small but relatively clean, and the price is reasonable."
"The location is prime, right in the heart of town. The facilities are excellent, except for the elevator, which feels anti-gravity. The staff at the information desk are somewhat erratic, but generally friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended if you want a relaxing break after a pilgrimage."
"This was a sweet little apartment, in a fantastic location and it even had a lovely terrace outside with views. The amenities were comfortable, the check in literally around the corner was easy and I absolutely loved having the place to myself. Highly recommend."

Amazing
DDr. Julio BernalThis hotel is a gem. The location, the friendly staff, the room, the historical added bonus of staying in this place. We loved here. My bed was incredible. Overall it was a remarkable staying. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping us. We had many suitcases and wheelchair. The helped us since the moment we arrived to the hotel. The food from the restaurant is outstanding and there are many choices. We will definitely stay there again. Gracias
TTINGVery very good, highly recommended, is a worthwhile sight in itself, just at the entrance to the core pedestrian old street, just three hundred meters from the holy site of Santiago Cathedral, and the hotel is an ancient monastery converted
ヒヒーボI have nothing to say.
The cleaning, tidying, and front desk were all excellent.
There was also a bathtub, which was perfect for soothing your tired body.
It's close to tourist attractions, so it's convenient for getting around anywhere.
Arranging a taxi 🚕 in the morning was also smooth.
Thank you very much.
GGuest UserVery careful and clean hotel in the city centre. Very comfortable to move through the city centre. Ideal and very rich breakfast. Very friendly, educated and easier reception in everything necessary. I will surely come back!
GGuest UserIn order to see the incense stove of San Diego Cathedral, the original hotel has no room, so I booked it here. The hotel crosses the road and reaches the ancient market after going uphill. It takes a few minutes to walk to the church. The room the hotel gave me was a semi-underground suite, and it was the end. I went out for a stroll after putting my luggage. I came back at night and found that the door of the room could not be locked inside. There was no way, and I had never lived in such a bad place. Forget it, just sleep for one night. Front desk service, breakfast environment is very good.
GGuest UserThe environment and rooms were excellent, with fresh air and a quiet atmosphere. Parking was also very convenient, with a public parking lot directly across the street. The room included complimentary capsule coffee, and both the coffee and tea were of good quality. My only minor disappointment was that the gym was small, and the variety and quality of the equipment were below expectations.
OOei Ching TohWe end our pilgrimage here with 2 nights more to tour around Santiago. The front desk Alba and Agus were the reason that makes this hotel the choice while in Santiago. They are so helpful, understanding, thoughtful and go all out to make sure we have all our needs taken care of.
We were early for check in and we left our luggage’s but when we came back to check they have already place it into our rooms. We have a very early checkout before the breakfast hours and they were so nice to prepare breakfast for take away. They were just great and the hotels is great.
AAnonymous UserClose to Alameda Park, walk about 1 km to the cathedral. The deluxe king room is also very small, and because it is an old building, the sound insulation is very poor, and there is that kind of gloomy taste. I can accept these, if I can't accept it, I don't recommend staying here.
There are not many types of breakfast, but it is delicious and satisfying.
Drinking bar, fitness equipment, indoor pool, free drinking water in the room.
NNuno pinto86Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable.
However, it is unacceptable to have a double bed for a couple that is only 135 cm wide. For a hotel of this standard, a proper double or queen-size bed should be the minimum. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay and should be addressed.
GGuest UserAt an inn near Santiago de Compostela, I felt that this beauty was quite affordable. The hotel staff was kind and it was quite good. (checking luggage before check-in and guide to toilets, etc.)
