"The Hotel location right on the main road. But surprisingly we not hearing the noice of vehicles even our room was at the first floor. That because they use double glass for the window. Any one nice restaurant and a coffee shop just accross the hotel. And also the bus stop just right at front of our hotel. The only problem that we had is because our room next to the lobby area the voice of the peoplea are very loud because between lobby and guest room doesn’t have partition to seperate between lobby and guest room. The rest is all ok"

"This hotel is very unique, with each floor featuring its own distinctive design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was the first time I've stayed in a room with a projector instead of a traditional TV, which was an interesting and fun experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station and about 5 minutes from a supermarket behind the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and everything tasted excellent. It was probably the best hotel breakfast I've had outside Northern Europe. One thing to be aware of is that the rooms are not very soundproof. I could almost hear my neighbor taking a shower! XD It would also have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room for storing drinks and snacks. That said, these are only minor drawbacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers staying outside the city center. It's an excellent option with easy access to the metro, which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes."

"5 ve 11 yaşlarındaki iki çocuğumuz ile 4 kişilik bir aile olarak 3 gece konakladık. Otelin bulunduğu sokak , sessiz ve sakin.4 numaralı metro hattının “Prosperidad” istasyonunda yer alıyor.Metro ile Sol meydanı , Plaza de Mayor, El Retiro park ve diğer görülmesi gereken yerlere gidip gelmek çok rahat.Metronun çıkışı, bir parkın içinde.Metro çıkışının tam ters yönünde , tüm ihtiyaçlarınınızı bulabileceğiniz bir zincir market var. Metrodan çıkıp, sağa dönün parkın içinden yürüyüp karşıya geçin, solunuzdaki sokaktan içeri girin, sonra ilk sağa dönün (okulun karşısındaki sokak) , 50m sonra otele ulaşmış oluyorsunuz.Metrodan çıkınca,otele varmak 3-4 dakika. Otel yeni , eşyalar yeni. Oda temizdi. Odaya her gün giriyorlar, temizlik yapıp, eksikleri tamamlıyorlar.Odada ki mutfakta kahve makinesi , mikro dalga fırın , ocak, su ısıtıcısı vs var. Kahve makinası için kapsüller var; kapsüller, bitki çayları bittikçe yeniliyorlar.Gardırobun içerisinde ütü ve ütü masası var. Hemen hemen tüm ihtiyaçları düşünmüşler.Odadaki çekyat açılınca , haliyle oda da çok yer kalmıyor . Çekyat çok rahat değil . Ama hem odanın büyüklüğü; hem de çekyat 3-4 günlük konaklama için idare eder. Biz bi sorun yaşamadık ama herhangi bir durumda iletişime geçmek için herhangi bir resepsiyon görevlisi görmedik.Otele ve odaya giriş ,size gönderilen şifre ile gerçekleştiriliyor. İhtiyaç halinde uygulama üzerinden ya da maille iletişim kurmak gerekiyor; ya da otele girişteki zile bastığınızda da konuşacak birini bulabilirsiniz. Madrid’e tekrar gelsek; yine burada kalırız. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz."

"These are really great apartments, everything is brand new. We stayed for one day in mid-June with our family and one child. It was our first time renting an apartment in Europe, so we were a bit confused about how to get in, but the concierge let us in through the intercom. Entry to the room is by code. Everything in the room was there and easy to understand. The air conditioning worked, and there was a sign with instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi. It had a washer/dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and everything you need in the kitchen, including a disposable kit with dishwasher detergent, a laundry capsule, a cloth, and a trash bag. There's a large bed and a pull-out sofa, though the sofa isn't very comfortable for sleeping; it sags a bit, and really only one person can sleep on it comfortably. There are grocery stores nearby. The drive is narrow, but there's parking close by to load/unload luggage. A big plus is the luggage storage lockers on the lower floor, where you can leave your belongings with a code for early check-in/late check-out."

"Very clean small hotel, everything is the same as expected. The hotel is very close to the subway and there are not many food choices nearby. Recommended. Next time Madrid preferred hotel!"

"The hotel is located near a subway station, less than a 5-minute walk away, so transportation is fairly convenient. It's not too close to the city center, but it's relatively quiet. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel provides disposable toiletries. There are also tableware and kitchenware in the rooms for cooking. The bathroom has a bidet, a common Italian appliance. Some of the floor tiles are loose and may need repair."

"I booked this 4-star hotel through a platform, and the room rate wasn't expensive. However, because there was an extra person, I had to pay an additional 130 euros, which is a price I could have paid for a hotel near SoI. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but there's a bar and restaurant downstairs. The manager was very enthusiastic and accommodating. It's located in a residential area, so it's relatively quiet. There's an Esperanza metro station not far from the hotel. The room and bathroom were both quite large, which is a nice change."

"The hotel is very close to the subway station, located in a residential area with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. Noemi at the front desk was particularly helpful, communicating proactively and resolving any issues. The breakfast was also good; eggs are ordered separately. The breakfast area was spacious, and there was a usher to the table. The only downsides were the lack of slippers and tissues in the room, which was somewhat inconvenient. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel to the airport, making travel very convenient."

"Very noisy place to stay. Easily accessible to the metro to get around Madrid. I would not stay here again."

"The service was very good. Our luggage was lost when we arrived. It was already around 10:40 pm after we checked in Lost & Found at 9 o'clock. The front desk actively helped us book a nearby restaurant whose kitchen was not closed. The porter, Arian, a Persian boy, was also very enthusiastic and busy to ensure our check-in needs. The quality of the hotel restaurant we enjoyed the next day was also the standard of the Relais & Chateaux series. The Filipino boy knew that we had to catch a late flight and specially asked the kitchen to speed up the preparation of dinner, and also divided it into two portions in advance for convenient dining. The half-month journey ended perfectly here, and I will choose to stay here next time I go to Madrid."
