"The hotel was nice, very big bed which was great! The floor of our room did have some damage, and the bathroom door was also coming loose, but other than that everything worked perfectly! We had breakfast at the hotel, it was good and the price is accessible. They do give you some welcome snacks which was much appreciated! They also kept our luggage after check out so we could enjoy our last day in Madrid without having to carry it!"

"Hotel Exe Plaza is a decent choice for a Madrid stay, conveniently situated about 20–30 minutes from the city center and Atocha Station. The hotel’m is sitting literally on top of a subway station and bus terminal, with quick dining options like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Popeyes nearby. We were grateful they allowed us to check in early, and the breakfast offered a nice variety with hot dishes that rotated every few days. The only minor drawback is the lack of a standard supermarket nearby. While there is a Carrefour City in the bus terminal, it tends to be rather expensive. Overall, it is a well-connected and reliable base for exploring the city."

"Hotel connected to the train station. Room was simple but clean. The only feedback would be bathroom dehumidifier seems to be not working. Breakfast was surprisingly good with varieties. They even provide churros and chocolate (Spanish type of breakfast)."

"I had no choice but to book this hotel to watch the Champions League semi-final of Real Madrid. It's not far from the stadium and the location is good, but other than that, it has no advantages. The price is super expensive when there is a game."

"The accommodation is decent. We stayed in a triple room with a shared bathroom. The furniture and beds are basic, but it was clean and we were able to rest well, there was no noise and everything worked properly. The bathroom was also clean, although it seemed insufficient for the number of people using it, as there are only two showers and two toilets for four rooms. It's also true that I think we were all attending the same event and our schedules were very similar (perhaps that's why it felt like there were a lot of people in the bathroom). Regarding the location, it's not very central, but it has a metro stop nearby on Line 1 which takes you quickly to, for example, Gran Vía. Plus, the Bernabéu and Castellana are very close."

"The room was a bit old, and the hallway was narrow, on par with an economy hotel back home. The hot water in the bathroom was quick, but the sink was small and dated. You need to hang a sign outside your door for housekeeping, otherwise, they won't clean your room by default. Slippers are not provided. The surrounding streets are quite quiet, and it's very close to Bernabéu, with a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The metro is a bit of a walk, about ten minutes or so."

"My experience was excellent, I would definitely repeat it. The location is quiet and very good. Metro Line 1 is about 400 meters away, making it very easy to visit Madrid, as well as other lines and buses. There's a Dia supermarket just a few meters away and a Mercadona about 400 meters further on. There's also a very pleasant square with restaurants, terraces, and an ice cream shop. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, all the appliances are new and in perfect working order. They provide a dishcloth, a rag, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, washing machine, and dishwasher, air conditioning, a large hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as Rituals shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The service at Miosotis Suites was excellent; they gave me all the assistance I requested. Sara and Alejandro's attention was outstanding. There's a terrace where you can relax at the end of the day. I had no problem with the access codes; when you arrive you touch the reception button and at that moment the codes were activated and worked perfectly throughout our stay."

"❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️ 😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day. 😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking. 🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown."

"The hostel itself isn't all bad; the main problem is the type of clientele that frequents it. Because of the price, it attracts many rather peculiar people. During my stay, I was in a room that was full of people who didn't respect quiet hours, and at times they argued amongst themselves, eating in the room despite rules prohibiting it. Overall, I have no complaints about the hostel itself, as in my opinion a hostel should only be a place to sleep, but I couldn't even do that because of the lack of respect from the people I was sharing the room with."
