I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly informed me that my room was ready and allowed me to check in early. This was a great help as it gave me more time to get ready for sightseeing. The room was a bit small for two people, and with our suitcases open, there wasn't much space to move around. However, for our short stay, it was perfectly fine, especially considering the overall cost, which offered good value for money.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The tomatoes were completely bland. An omelet, bacon, or sausages would have greatly improved it.
We only had a large bath towel and a bath mat; there was no hand or face towel provided. Shockingly, we even found a hair amongst the 'clean' towels! Our room was not cleaned at all during our 5-night stay. They didn't even supply a basic plastic cup for toothbrushes.
They charge 5 euros to store luggage for just a few hours.
This isn't about saving costs; it's pure greed and truly reflects poorly on the hotel.

Pleasant hotel in the heart of old Nice. The staff are friendly and there is a linked bar next door. A good range of food for breakfast although can't say that coleslaw appeals to me (it did to some!) Croissants are always better in France. Is it because they are so fresh.
Just five minutes walk from Garibaldi/Le Chateau Tram Station. The trams have transformed travelling about Nice and give easy access to the airport.
Quiet and comfortable rooms and a fair price.

Good place for a fuss free hotel near the waterfront. Option to upgrade to rooms with balcony but ones without work just fine. Space is a bit tight but nothing to complain about give the price that we paid. Just be careful not to overload the lift or you’ll get stuck!

Overall, the hygiene, service, location, and price were all quite good. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. However, because the hotel is a bit older, there's a stuffy smell in the hallways, and the loud slamming of neighboring doors can disturb your rest. The hot water is also inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.

I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. The service was truly top-notch, from check-in with the night manager to breakfast: all the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive.
The room was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, which made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel also boasts a convenient location, about a 10-minute walk from the Exhibition Palace, which is a real bonus.
The breakfast is generally nice with a good selection; however, there's a lack of non-pork options like chicken or turkey breast. Furthermore, considering the offerings, the €19 price doesn't seem entirely justified to me.

We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night.
Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk.
Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed.
The room has bathtub, not separated shower.

Everything about this place was excellent, definitely worth a visit. The price was great, and the cleanliness was also good. It's somewhere I'd happily choose again and again. The location is fantastic, with very convenient tram access. Highly recommended!

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

LLazarouxgetting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one.
Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things.
Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay.
The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids!
Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need.
However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying.
Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :)
Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that).
I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings!
Recommend for short stay or late arrival.

Now the downside the rooms are really really small, I think there may be some that a larger ie junior suite but not what we were allocated. There is no facilities and no sitting space outside of the hotel. Would I stay again, yes if I managed to get a bigger room definitely not in the room we stayed in 118.

AAnonymous UserI want to pat myself on the back for choosing this hotel; it was truly excellent. The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all impeccable. If you do choose this hotel, definitely include breakfast! You can see the ocean, and watching happy corgis stroll along the beach while you eat just makes you feel like a wonderful day is about to begin. The croissant was the best I had on the entire trip! The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away the fatigue after walking all over Nice. The bed was incredibly plush and guaranteed a good night's sleep, and if you're someone who hates being woken up by the morning sun, there are shutters on the window that you can close. The location is right in front of the sea; just cross the street and you're there. Place Masséna is about a 15-minute walk, and there's a laundromat about 5 minutes away. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit Nice!

AAnonymous UserThe hostel is very nice. Very close to Tram Line that connect Nice with Airport Terminal 1. It also near the Nice Train Station where you can start journey visiting several city near Nice such as Monaco, Antibes, Menton, Cannes, Etc.
The hotel is very good. I stay in the room with 6 bed. Our room has own bathroom. Every bed has their own curtain. In the room also you can find the wardrobe for your bag.
They have kitchen if you want to heating something. You can leave your luggage for free.
For moslem, there are so many halal restaurants near the hostel, you can laso find the mosque around 300 meter from Hostel. So nice place to stay.

AAadwtMy father had booked this hotel for my best friend and I for an early birthday celebration.
All staff were super nice and friendly, extremely welcoming and polite. On another note, we’re thankful to have had a private room with our own bathroom but our bathroom was slightly questionable.
There was this odour coming from somewhere in the bathroom, it smelled of a public bathroom aka if smells of piss all over as if the pipes had leaked or someone had peed all over the bathroom (not saying that it happened).
Along with it, our shower had some suspicious black stains, the shower curtain seemed to have had some mold on it but we are uncertain about it.
With it, my friend’s bed somehow had a bunch of water drops on it we couldn’t tell if it was from the smoke detector or the AC unit being turned on?
Lastly, my bed had this slat that was not put in properly and was being held by a piece of cardboard (I was kneeling on the bed and my knee went through the bed, I nearly ate the wall. But the slat was sideways and not put properly due to the fact that it was far too long for the bed’s width).
On a good note, we were grateful for the AC unit especially since Nice was super humid and we were sightseeing a lot, plus the courtyard is super cute! Absolutely loved sitting outside and enjoying.
The hotel is situated near from the train station (if you arrive at terminal two you can take the tram until Grand Arénas and take the train to Nice Ville)! Restaurants, shops, mall, bars etc all around!
