Hotels near Old Town, West Jakarta

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Highly recommended. First, let's talk about the service. From the moment I walked in, through check-in, and all the way to room service, everyone was smiling and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. This definitely earned them extra points. Next, the location. It's connected to Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek, so you don't need to go anywhere else for dining, entertainment, and shopping – everything you need is right there. It's also only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. The room, while not huge, was definitely sufficient and spotlessly clean. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. I can confidently say that the breakfast here surpasses many five-star hotels costing upwards of 1500 (presumably IDR). This trip to Jakarta, I initially booked two nights at another well-known chain hotel, but I only stayed one night before giving up on it and switching to this hotel. The only minor drawback is that the hotel seems to cater heavily to business travelers, so it might not be as focused on families. The swimming pool is tucked away in a corner and there's no dedicated children's area, making it relatively small. However, all the other advantages definitely outweigh this small issue. I highly, highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at Brits Hotel and was quite satisfied with the experience. The cleanliness was good (3/5) — the room was tidy, though there’s room for improvement in certain areas. The service was excellent (5/5); the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was also a highlight (4.5/5) with a good variety and tasty options. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and food!

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem was excellent overall. The hotel is new and clean, with a modern business design that feels both comfortable and high-quality. The room was tidy and spacious, the bed was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very well during my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Taman Palem commercial area and the airport. There are malls, food streets, and convenience stores nearby, making it a great spot for both business trips and layovers. Getting to the airport is also relatively easy, saving a good amount of time. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including both Indonesian local dishes and international options, and the food was delicious. The staff were professional and friendly, making the entire check-in to check-out process very smooth.

I like the industrial concept and the esthetics design. The location is near culinary and malls. Good for business and leisure. But I'm not sure for the cleanliness. I had to face dirty plates in the alley for days and no staffs initiated to clean it up. The pool area also dirty, no one initiated to clean the trash and there were lots of cigarette butts in the area. I have to remind every hour to the PA for cleaning my room. I don't know maybe they lack of staff? But they have private PA for every guest i think this is a plus. And overall they have an excellent service for tye guest. So,, thank you.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, everything about it is lovely, and the breakfast is superb. I highly recommend it. It's also close to the airport.

They upgraded my room My room was wonderful, quiet, clean, and packed with great amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and the fantastic view. It truly felt like a luxury retreat. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, making shopping and dining effortless. Supermarkets, malls, and plenty of food and drink options are just a few meters away. It’s incredibly walkable with easy access to the train and bus stations. I felt completely secure throughout my stay thanks to their 24-hour security service. If you are looking for comfort, luxury, and ultimate convenience, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be back Need a bathtub tho and the breakfast they have fruits salads, veggie salad drinks tea coffee bakery great main meals are more like Indonesian style so needs improvement make it western style also

1.Room service not very friendly compared to last i stayed. I asked for extra beverages and he said it to be charged. 2. Breakfast was excellent with variety of choices. 3. Swimming pool nice with high rise building around. 4. The receptionist very helpful 5. The gym is fully equipped

The room was spacious and bright, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety, combining Indonesian traditional options with Western choices. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is considerably strategic and close to MRT stations, with plenty of food options nearby. Cleanliness needs work, I found stains on my bed sheet and the towels looked a bit old and ragged. The shower room has no drainage, the water flows to a drainage located in the bathroom directly adjacent to it. Needless to say, it flooded 2/3 of the bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly, especially helpful with the parking provided in the basement. Facilities are good for the price, very basic but I think it's enough.

Good hotel...good and friendly service, only breakfast is thought to be a buffet but is divided per person, for breakfast time, if possible, the time should be moved up, because the visitors are workers.
