"Nice choice for business travel. The room was quiet, with a spacious work desk. The internet connection was fast and reliable for my video calls. Express check-in but kinda need to wait a moment for the check-out. The hotel itself is nice, clean, and in a great location. However, I had a frustrating experience with my room allocation. Despite booking a Double Bed and non smoking room, I was given a Single Bed room. The staff was polite but couldn't fix the mistake because they were at full capacity. I hope management ensures this booking mismatch doesn't happen to future guests."

"Basically the whole experience was a plus. Some downsides of this hotel is, it seems that there is no door insulation which make the door bang loudly every time the hotel guest entering-exiting the room. Even people talk loudly on fifth floor can be heard on third floor. The hotel really need quality sound-proofing material urgently. The noise of people closing the door, chair scraping the floor is just a nightmare at night. The hot water system was inadequate for 2 people. If you have first person showering, the second needs to wait at least 10 minutes to get the benefit of the hot water. Other than that, everything was really good and comfortable.l would like to say thank you and would name the person that really look after while we stayed there. Rizky, Rian, and pak Komar the security guy. Will I be back? Yes. With higher expectation. Thank you Casa Calma!"

"We stayed in a Family Room at Ashley Tanah Abang from June 19th to 20th, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible aerospace theme set up for the kids. The room was beautiful and came packed with entertainment: two NASA space suits for dress-up, a PS5, LEGOs, and a mesmerizing laser projector that displayed the Milky Way on the ceiling. The children absolutely loved it and were thoroughly entertained. Beyond the amazing room, the dining was fantastic with very good food, and the receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect highlight for our family trip to Jakarta! An easy 5-star experience."

"A very strategic hotel, close to Kimia Farma, Indo Alfa, the breakfast is delicious, the AC is cold, it seems like a good hotel before because there was a refrigerator... but now it's gone. Some of the curtain rails are loose, hopefully they will be fixed soon."
