"Very nice hotel in a great location to visit Torino, private parking for booking, excellent food, comfortable bed, splendid staff. The only disappointment was not the washing wash and shower washing, so we had to wash in the bide (it can happen in a given structure if you want to be in the center ) we adapted and we understand the disguided but I would have expected a discount, The lighters are not dark and there is a lot of light in the morning, not suitable if the dark needs to sleep, because as I see it, I'd rather see the stars. It is a great deal of rain, and it is clear that this happened in the mansarded rooms, if you are intolerant to light and noise, ask those on the first floor, and I would be very happy to return to it. The dinner with crime FANTASTICA wonderful actors excellent food, absolutely recommended evening ."
"Located right in the centre of the city, 5 min from the Porta Nuova bus station, the hotel is in a very beautigul and elegant building. We had an incident when we arrived ,the electricity was down in the neihhbourhood and we had to wait 1 hour to get the key to our room.Apart from that, everything was ok and breakfast was delicious and with a greaty variety of dishes. Good quality for the respective price."
"Beautiful, modern hotel with all the comforts, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.
The room is spacious and reasonably soundproofed.
A basic breakfast with both sweet and savory options is available.
The staff is super friendly and efficient."
"Back to Turin, I booked this hotel randomly and was very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is super high, much better than expected. The location is safe and secure. It is between the Conservatory of Music and the Academy of Fine Arts. It is within walking distance of Via Roma and other places. The hotel is very new. I booked a balcony room. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and chat on vacation."
"Better make a reservation with travel agency than with this 🏨 directly. Some Italian female receptionists there are dishonest. She says she offers me a good , discounted price for the room if I book it with her directly. Later I find out she charges more. Room is outdated but if the rate is under 50 euro per night, it is worth a try for a short period of stay"
"A lovely hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff,
We had three rooms in tis hotel. They were single bed rooms. They were spotless and cleaned every day for us. The breakfast waS fabulous with a great selection of good."
"Ottimo appartamento, grande e spazioso, più del previsto. La posizione è ottimale per visitare le attrazioni principali Torino senza utilizzare i mezzi di trasporto. Con max 10 minuti a piedi si può visitare un po' tutto.
Appartamento nuovo e pulito e lo consiglierò agli amici che vorranno venire a Torino.

"Five stars! Have everything we needed. Location is great and feel safe. Hotel design might be classic and looks old in picture but the vibe is not, feel clean and luxury."
"The location is very good, by the river, the high-rise windows can directly see the beautiful snow-capped mountains, the top floor platform is open, there are tables and chairs, you can sit up and enjoy the beautiful scenery at any time. 2-5 The floor is a student apartment, which is relatively lively. Staying in the drink delivery area, although I didn't enjoy it, but this is well received."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is very welcoming, well-furnished, and well-maintained. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything needed. The staff were professional and efficient. The hotel's free parking is convenient, located right next to the building. Just a few meters away, there's also a metro station for getting to the city center and the shopping mall, as well as the Pinacoteca Agnelli and the Pista 500.
GGuest UserGood location near Torino Porta Nuova station and surrounded by nice restaurants. Not too far from the city center either, a walkable distance. Nice common area with a kitchen, lots of tables, comfy couches, ping pong table, guitar etc. Nice that they have a water dispenser, even for sparkling water. The room was generally clean and spacious, nice that a whole set of towels are included in the price, which was not the case at another hostel I stayed in Bologna (there was an extra charge). They could do with more hangers and places to actually hang the hangers though. Another thing that was slightly inconvenient was that the attic room is not accessible by the lift, you still have to lug your luggage up a last bit of stairs and the door opens outward so that makes it even harder to bring the luggage in.
Yyangling88The apartment has an excellent location; it's within walking distance of the city walk and shopping areas, and Porta Nuova train station is also within easy walking distance. The M4 tram line is right outside, which is very convenient. Turin's public transport is very convenient, so there's no need to take a taxi. I took an Uber once, and it took 20 minutes to get there 😄. Nearby Chinese, Japanese, and Italian restaurants are all good choices based on Google reviews. The hotel was clean and well-equipped, with a washing machine (which was great) and they even provided a small bag of laundry detergent. The mattress was exceptionally soft. There's a kitchen, but no condiments. There's a shared workspace on the first floor where you can drink coffee, but only espresso is available in small and large sizes.
GGuest UserThe team at doubletree Hilton was fantastic … from reception to restaurant, bars and housekeepers … special thanks to Guerino, Jesmin, Ivana, Fabrizio and many others
GGuest Useri just stayed one night but the neighborhood was really loud and i couldn't sleep well.
went to take a shower just to find there was no soap inside. othere was a mini bottle on the sink but it was too small (probably as big as a thumb) for it to be shower gel and shampoo.
the building is old and could use a bit of renovation as well as soundproofing.
GGuest UserHotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.
IIuliia GeneralovaIt's not a hotel, it's a student campus. It is definitely better than the hotel, everywhere is clean, the amenities in the room are better, there is a kitchen, dishes. But it's a bit far from the centre and train stations. In summer it is inconvenient to stop because of hot weather, walk to the centre for half an hour, the place is quite calm and safe. Bus number 8 stops nearby, which goes to Porta Susa station, but runs rarely, once every half an hour
GGuest UserHotel was great!
The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!
GGuest UserBooked for a concert, perfect for the distance from the arena, reachable on foot in a short time (15/20 min), convenient means of transport to reach it from the station.
Nice, clean and well-kept room. Reception 24/24
WWutLeeValue-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
