Hotels near Santa Prassede, Rome

This hotel is conveniently located not far from the Termini station. I only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. I left my bags so that I could explore the next day. There was no charge and I was able to cool down in their lobby on my return. The breakfast was very nice. There was also water and wine available during the day as well as some other drinks. The people at the check-in desk were very helpful and kind.

We booked this hotel for one night when travelling from Milan to watch the rugby. I picked it for its location, close to Termini as we we travelling in and out by train and I wasn’t disappointed, we were at the hotel less than 10 minutes from our arrival. Check in was efficient and friendly although they couldn’t seem to find our booking at first. The style of the hotel is old and could seem dated to some that are used to modern up to date buildings but we found it to have lots of character, including the old lift that took us up to our 6th floor room. The room was large, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have tea/coffee making facilities, we needed milk but you could just pick that up at the bar. Again, the room was old fashioned with the furniture etc but it had all we needed for a one night stay. There were a few areas that looked like they could seem be a little cleaner, the air con vent and bathroom filter were a bit grubby but that really was the only negative. Buffet breakfast was busy but plenty of choice and served till 10:30 so no rush to get up. Checkout was easy and we were able to leave our bags for the day to explore a bit of Rome. All in all a really nice stay.

The interior of the house was actually quite nice, the decor was beautiful, and all the amenities were good. However, my stay was unpleasant. On my first night, I checked into room 402. The door lock was broken; I couldn't lock it from the outside when I went out. I tried contacting the front desk via WhatsApp but received no reply. I had to call them before they came. They said they didn't have any other rooms to replace it and the locksmith couldn't come until the next day. They told me to leave my things in the room because there was another door leading in from the outside (but this door led to two rooms, one of which was occupied). I had to leave my luggage at the front desk and go out. When I returned that night, I found the door couldn't be locked from the inside either. I was forced to use the table in my room to prop it up while I slept. I was very anxious all night. The next day, when I went to the front desk to change rooms, other guests also reported lock problems and no hot water. This meant the lock problem wasn't temporary; it had been going on for some time. It's impossible that no one noticed or reported it. So, I was given a different room the next day; they wouldn't let me stay in my original room (they just weren't going to fix it). This was really disappointing and significantly diminished my stay.

The rooms and decor are quite refined and very photogenic. Although the room is small, it's fully equipped. It's very close to Termini Station and not far from the main attractions. There are plenty of supermarkets and dining options nearby; the closest supermarket is just around the corner, about 50 meters away on foot. If you arrive early or leave late, you can store your luggage yourself in a small room next to the front desk, which might be a coffee room. I personally feel it's safe. The coffee room has water and a restroom, making it convenient to sit and rest. The hotel has a small, old-fashioned elevator, but there's a flight of stairs from the entrance to the elevator, which can be a bit challenging if you have large suitcases. The shower stall is a bit peculiar, with half glass and half curtain, but it's generally functional. The room heating is excellent; after getting caught in the rain outside, it was instantly warm and dry inside!

A 10-minute walk from the Central Station, this place offers a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. The first room I was assigned had a foul, musty odor, making it uninhabitable. It seemed like the toilet might have been broken and without water. After contacting the staff, they immediately came to inspect and moved me to a different room. Although this room was a bit smaller, it had a refrigerator and a kettle, which I actually preferred.

The room was quite spacious and matched the pictures online, with a double bed. If you're taking the airport shuttle bus, you just walk straight for about 150 meters after getting off, then turn left, and you're there. Turning left when you exit puts you right in front of the train station. The elevator is quite old-fashioned. It seems I actually stayed in a room belonging to the hotel next door, and I'm not sure how they differentiate between them.

It is a self-check-in hotel! First of all, the location of the hotel is very good! It takes about 12 minutes to walk to Termini station. The second hotel is on the 4th floor of a residential building. The floor in Rome starts from the 0th floor, and the 0th floor is the first floor of China! Very Italian. And the hotel has an elevator! The environment is very quiet! The third hotel was very clean. The service of the fourth hotel is really super good. Self-check-in procedures need to download the watts app very convenient! And the hotel's housekeeper Monica also patiently explained how to check in! In short, the experience of staying here is very good! I will stay here again if I go to Rome again!

Excellent hotel with a convenient location. At the same time close to the train station and buses to the airport (about 15 min walk) and close to the center (20 min). Clean room with a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Delicious full breakfast.

As far as the hotel is concerned, it is a very good one. The location is within 10 minutes from the Rome train station. There are large supermarkets, Korean supermarkets and restaurants, Chinese restaurants and Vietnamese Pho nearby. When you feel tired of Italian food, you can change your taste! It takes about half an hour to walk to other attractions in Rome (except the Vatican). The hotel staff is polite. Lisa carefully explained the hotel facilities and how to open the door and the hotel door. The air-conditioning in the room is cold enough and comfortable, but the water pressure difference is small. You must bring your own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The most surprising hotel provides free breakfast with bread , cheese, scrambled eggs, ham, orange juice, milk, cheese, and oatmeal are good enough. The most heartwarming thing is that if you go out early, you can WhatsApp the hotel staff, and they will put the breakfast in your room one night earlier, which is convenient for those who travel early, which is commendable! This hotel is perfect for solo travelers. I booked it for my dad, who was traveling alone and doesn't speak the local language. Luckily, there was a wonderful Chinese staff member who helped him with translation and directions. The location is super convenient, just a three-minute walk from Termini train station. If you're booking for family or friends who aren't experienced travelers, this place is really handy and also reasonably priced!
