"Hotel staff at reception desk is super helpful and very patient to assist customer. Room is super clean and breakfast is nice. We stayed this hotel for 4 nights for a golf trip. During our stay, there were a couple issues we have with car rental companies. Staff was very kind to help in local languange conversation with call center and local police individuals to effectively get thing done. I cannot image how long it will take for us to communicate with non-Japanese lauguage... Good job Route Inn hotel."

"The hotel rooms were impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and modern facilities. Both the bathrooms and the overall environment were maintained pristine and peaceful. The staff were polite and attentive, even assisting us in booking an early morning taxi to the Shodoshima pier. However, for guests without a car, please note that you'll need to consult the bus schedule at the stop right outside the hotel entrance to reach the downtown area."

"This new hotel was incredibly clean, and the self check-in/out process was super easy, which I really appreciated. All the staff members were also very friendly. I especially enjoyed the complimentary iced coffee always available in the lobby; it was quite delicious, and I had a cup every day. It was a bit of a shame that there was no water vending machine in the building and not much space in the room to fully open a suitcase, but overall, I was satisfied. 🥰"

"The hotel's location is fantastic. It's a 10-minute walk to Kochi Station, and the airport shuttle bus stop is right outside. The famous Love Bridge is also just behind the hotel. The shopping street is only a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient for eating, browsing, and shopping. Hirome Market is also nearby. The front desk staff were very patient and thoughtful. The breakfast was good, and they had delicious bonito. Plus, the room windows actually open! I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kochi."

"I loved staying in Dormy inn.The room wasn't spacious, but it had everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The bed was big and comfortable.Though I didn't have a shower, in the room, I could use onsen which was terrific! It has both indoor and outdoor baths., very clean , well equipped. Nice music ,nice aroma in the sauna. There's a coin washing machine and vending machines as well. The location of the hotel was very handy, walking distance from the port and bus station, lots of restaurants around."

"Not far from Takamatsu JR Station (not the one directly opposite), this hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, including a Lawson and a 24-hour pharmacy. They offer a welcome happy hour in the afternoon with sparkling wine, red wine, and snacks. We booked a twin room; it was a bit small but offered great value for money. On the second floor, the front desk provides a selection of pillows and toiletries. The breakfast on the first floor is very comprehensive. We stayed for 3 nights and visited Naoshima and Teshima, and the hotel's proximity to the port makes it highly recommended for island hopping. On our last day, we opted out of room cleaning and received two bottles of water from the front desk instead."
