"The hotel is located very near to umeda station which makes transitioning to Shinkansen and other lines very easily. However, the nearby stores may not be very family-oriented which some family-centric travellers may take this into consideration. Moreover, the hotel has 34 storey, 34th being the restaurant followed by the rooms, all the way to the 4th floor amenities. With 6 elevators to serve from 1st floor to 16 and 17 to 34. However, this create a nightmare when there is ”lift congestion”; during its peak period, queuing for a lift up to your hotel room can take up from 5-10mins. Aside from that, the hotel overall room conditions, and amenities are excellent. Lastly, the check-in kiosk system has alot of room for improvement. As international tourists tends to book the rooms via 3rd party service providers, the order of the names registered could be scrambled up which lead to the system not being able to detect your booking which causes frustration when checking in especially when the service crew repeated asks u to try keying in the names of your group, and hopefully finds the one that was registered. A manualy bypass by the staff should be allowed for this"

"The location is super convenient for shopping around Umeda, which saved me a lot of time. The hotel's large public bath is great for unwinding after a long day of travel, though I wish the operating hours were longer. It gets really crowded, especially since they stop letting people in after 11:30 PM. It would be much more flexible if they could extend it by an hour. Oh, and there's an amazing BBQ restaurant, Market Kitchen, on B1 of Umeda Lucua 1000 where you can pick your own meat to grill – such a good deal! I was really happy staying in this area. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient! Whether you're shopping in Umeda, traveling by JR, or heading to the airport, it's just a 3-minute walk to the station. Kim at the front desk was super fluent in English, and even though check-in in Japan is usually at 3 PM, she kindly arranged an early check-in for me after checking the room's readiness. I'm truly grateful to the hotel. Out of my three stays in Osaka this year, the Hilton has been the best!"

"The room isn't very spacious, and there's no complimentary bottled water. Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven and a drugstore downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing essentials. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean, though the duvet wasn't very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around."

"I've stayed at Hotel Granvia Osaka many times, but this was my first time in a Luxury Double Room. At 35 square meters, the room is indeed spacious for Japan, offering a very open feel and beautiful views from the window. However, to be honest, the room's facilities are quite disappointing. The furniture looks very old with obvious wear and tear, and the air conditioning is a bit loud, especially at night when it's quiet, making the noise unbearable. There was also a bad smell in the bathroom. It looks like there used to be a wall-mounted phone in the bathroom, but after it broke, they just covered it with a board. The wallpaper on the ceiling is peeling, and the wallpaper in the corners is damaged. In short, the hotel's housekeeping manager should seriously inspect the room's facilities to ensure that the 'Luxury Room' truly lives up to its name."

"This hotel is located in Osaka Umeda. It's incredibly convenient to get to from Kansai Airport, as the train takes you directly there. It's also easy and cheap to reach Kyoto by train. Plus, it's super convenient for shopping and dining in Umeda. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. There's a large public bath on the top floor, which is fantastic for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The room I booked included breakfast and afternoon tea, with various coffees, snacks, and late-night Ochazuke available at different times. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"The room service staff were very nice! The hotel's location is excellent, super close to Umeda. You can find the underground passage entrance at C69, just around the corner. It's perfect for shopping and dining underground on a rainy day, leading all the way to the Umeda shopping district... I could never get enough, haha! Thumbs up!"

"Location is superb for those who are taking trains frequently as there is direct underground connection to Osaka and Osaka Umeda station. Plenty of food options too in the underground! Ideal for travellers who want to travel to USJ, Nara, Kyoto and Kobe. Cleanliness is well maintained too with daily room service and change of towels. Amenities on the basic side but with this price point and the size of room you get in Osaka is a steal."

"I booked the largest triple room, but it was still a bit cramped and hard to open our luggage. Plus, the bathroom and toilet doors are sliding doors that face the head of the bed. If you get up at night, opening them makes a lot of noise, which could wake someone up. Also, the cleaning staff only emptied the trash cans. The extra trash I left next to the overflowing bin wasn't taken for two days. However, the location is absolutely unbeatable. It's centrally located for both Hankyu and Lucua, and easily accessible whether you use the underground passages or the skywalks. The only minor drawback is that the shops in this area don't open until 11 AM and start closing around 8 PM."

"Excellent value for money! The hotel organizes various activities to liven things up. At breakfast, you can enjoy the scenery while savoring your meal. The location is incredibly convenient, whether you're heading to Shinsaibashi or the subway station, and there's a great variety of restaurants nearby. We had a very comfortable and relaxing night at Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Osaka."
