The location was strategic, room was clean and just enough. The breakfast was good, one thing downside is the view of my room are not ok. And during heavy rain pour, it clearly can hear the rain drop on metal sheet roofing.

Hotel KVL is a solid city base in Phnom Penh with a good location and views over the Mekong River. It’s close to the main bar area and a weekend street market, but that also means the road in front is closed from around 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, so it’s worth checking how that might affect your arrival or departure. Make sure you get the exact room type you booked, as there can be discrepancies, and note that the water pressure is on the weaker side, though everything else in the room works well. Breakfast is decent with enough variety, and overall the hotel offers a nice urban contrast to the resort feel of the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap.

A magnificent hotel! Everything was perfect! Superb location and wonderfully attentive service. We requested an early check-in the day before, and the esteemed Mr. Sovanvitou EA kindly replied that he would assist us if the hotel's availability allowed. The hotel is very modern, design-forward, and functional. Everything is catered for guests, and everything works and adjusts perfectly: the air conditioning, the water, and there's even a place to dry clothes. The pillows, mattress, and duvet are perfect, making for a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness is impeccable. Our flight was canceled, so we checked out and were sitting in the lobby booking new flight tickets. The hotel staff asked if we needed any help, brought us water, and said we could use the shower for free if needed, even though we hadn't asked for anything. The staff repeatedly offered their help and care, which was truly wonderful.

When it comes to NagaWorld Hotel, it needs no introduction. It features a 95% plant-based and 100% natural vibe, offering a soft and trendy feel. The amenities are excellent, and the rooms are very spacious. The food—whether traditional or regional—is incredibly abundant and delicious across all dishes; spending your money here is absolutely worth it. The staff is also very friendly. While the check-in and check-out processes are quite strict, I still give it a solid 10 out of 10!”

Our originally booked room would have been on the 9th floor, right below the pool and bar. We requested a different one. It wasn't the same category, but it was okay. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too thick. You can't please everyone, I guess. The bathroom was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast area/cafe was far too small for so many guests, and it was too hot to sit outside. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. The location was superb. Very quiet on a side street, yet right in the heart of things. However, we had the bad luck of construction happening at the temple across the street. You should avoid that side of the hotel. The rooftop pool area is nice. The view over the city and the skyline, however, is sensational. Overall, the stay was good. We would gladly come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for several days. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room is well-equipped with two regular pillows, two extra pillows, tea, coffee, and a safe. You can order room service via a QR code, and your order arrives within five minutes without leaving your room. The restaurant is conveniently located on the ground floor. The night market is also just a five-minute walk away. This place is very convenient for sightseeing and tourism, and the price is affordable.

I had a pleasant stay at Bopha Bassac Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it’s a great boutique hotel with good value for money, and I would rate it 4/5.

This is our go-to hotel every year. It has that old-world Cambodian charm, and I love that it's so reasonably priced. The hot water works perfectly, and cleanliness is never an issue. There's a cheap laundry service nearby that even offers same-day delivery, which is a huge help. Breakfast from the restaurant with a great view is always a highlight, with plenty of variety to choose from.

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
