This time I traveled to Korea alone to watch a performance. I was a bit hesitant to choose this hotel because it's quite new and there weren't many reviews available. Ultimately, I decided to stay because it was close to the venue.
The staff were friendly and could communicate in English. The location is convenient; it takes less than five minutes to get to the subway station. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a fairly large shopping mall with a big supermarket inside. The room also has international power sockets, which was a huge plus. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the toilet had good water pressure.
The only downsides are that it's a bit inconvenient for solo travelers if you return to the hotel late, as there aren't many restaurants nearby where you can dine alone. The bed was a bit hard, and it creaked with even small movements. The pillows were too soft, making it hard to get comfortable. Also, the soundproofing is mediocre; you can hear noises from outside the door quite clearly, so I recommend bringing earplugs.
Nevertheless, the overall experience was very good, and I would stay here again if needed.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-kept, and spacious. The room layout is thoughtful, featuring a side couch and a dedicated work desk with a chair—perfect for those who need to get some work done.
Check-In Experience
Do note that the check-in time is strictly 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, the staff will ask you to leave your luggage at the reception for the time being while you wait or explore the area.
Room Amenities
The hotel is very generous with amenities. Unlike many places now, they still provide disposable toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver/cream, shower cap, etc.) and slippers.
The room also includes:
*Bathrobes, a hairdryer, and an iron.
*Daily replenished bottled water, coffee, and tea.
*Netflix is available on the TV (though please note there is a fee, and the interface is in Korean).
Note: The only downside for me was the lack of a bidet in the toilet, which is a personal preference, but otherwise, the room was perfect.
Facilities
The 10th floor is a great resource hub, housing the Gym, Board Room, Ice Machine, and Microwave. There is also a laundry room with one washer and one dryer.
Dining
The buffet breakfast was the absolute highlight of my stay! It offers a delicious mix of American and Korean dishes. The quality, preparation, and taste were all top-notch—definitely don't skip it.

Accommodation in Seoul is pretty pricey and brands such as Hilton, Accor, Shangri-la eyc are few if not available. Lotte brand hotels as well as shopping centres, food outlets and entertainment are dominant across S Korea.
Not familiar with the brand, it was about location vs price and after research found this hotel offered reasonable value. Its about 45 mins by Metro from Seoul Station, or there is a Airport bus that stops outside.
Its about 10 minute walk to the hotel from the nearest metro station (Green Line) Guro Digital Complex. We had a trolley for carriage children! and a number of suitcases. We managed to wheel them to the hotel using a multi storey carpark lift as its stairs otherwise.
Lots of eateries around the metro station including good BBQ venues.
Check in was ok, the staff friendly dealing with our booking.
The rooms are on the small size, though clean and adequate. House keeping do a great job and friendly.
Breakfast was not part of the room rate. We added it for one morning to try, its cheaper if booked night before or 'penalised' with a higher price if on the morning.
Our first impression was it looked good, though unfriendly staff in the breakfast room spoilt this, and the quality of food disappointing.
For subsequent mornings we discovered the most amazing bakery that serves incredible and high quality breakfast dishes, breads, cakes and more substantial lunch options. Coffee & Brunch.
The Seoul Vamos Hotel is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Seoul, having been recently opened in 2025. With Yeongdeungpo Station just 600m away and Gimpo International Airport only 11km away, transportation is very convenient. In addition, Yeongdeungpo Market Metro Station is just a short walk away. With multiple attractions nearby including CGV Yeongdeungpo, Yeouido Park and Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling alone.

Pros: A staff member was always around (even if in the back of reception), spoke good English and gave us a pouch of amenities. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Big smart tv. They had underfloor heating. Unlimited water bottles. I think there was a coffee machine by reception too. We were impressed by how clean it was.
Cons: The space was a bit limited for 2 people, but we opened one of the suitcases on the sofa. There was only 1 big towel in the room, but the 2 smaller ones were still sufficient. Only 1 key card to share.
Despite initial worries because the price seemed too good to be true, there were no downsides. Pretty good value for money overall. We were worried it was a love motel but it was not the case. The alleyway wasn't bad or scary if you are walking from the main road, so I recommend that route if anyone was worried from other reviews. Make sure you copy the hangul/korean name of the hotel for maps/uber. It was a good hotel to stay at coming from Gimpo airport late night. Managed to order food delivery on baemin too :)

Very convenient location. Walking distance from train station and situated at the Main Street which restaurants, street stalls, shops, supermarkets and their local market is.
Most importantly Is walking distance to Pyungkang Cheil church.
Good room size.
When you entered the room there is an entryway for us to remove our shoes and keep the dirt off from the room.👍
The shower area can be better equipped… there is a shower bar without shower screen, there isn’t bidet toilet seat ( most of the hotels in Seoul have it) 😳
the water drainage is effective 👍
By the way… if you need extra pillow ( only one pillow per single bed) it is charged at 5,500won per pillow per night! 😳😠😱
What we like best is the laundromat! Good and reasonably priced.
There is also a convenient store ( CU ) at ground floor.
Enjoy your stay!

Location is good with a metro station just opposite the hotel. If you like jogging outside, there is a nice and long jogging track just under the metro line, and you can run up until the Han river according to the local.
Cafe service for the morning breakfast is good. Staffs are helpful and polite. Room cleanup service is also nicely done. The wow surprise is a welcoming gift left on the table upon checking in.
Some draw back is the furniture. The working table is old with the leather has already peeled off. Usage of toothbrush and paste are chargeable so need to be careful although there are notice being put up.

The check-in was quick and the environment was pretty good, but the sound of opening and closing the door was quite loud and could be heard in the room. There are many shops nearby, including supermarkets and 7-11, which is very convenient.
Frankly, inside was just everything necessary: up to charging, haircuts, toothbrush, haircut, shaving and much more. The only thing, not cleaned in the room, but for such a cost you can tolerate. To the metro minutes 7. Once you will pass and already very easy to get to the straight.

If you are a solo traveler or two, This hotel is the best buck for what you need. They provide basic stuffs like a shampoo and a bodywash hair dryer. Etc. They even have a simple kitchen utensils like spoons pots and bowls. I didn't use a washer but It's in the room. The room where I stayed was big enough for me. But If you're carrying more than one suit cases, you may run out of the space to open all at once. It's tight but possible to move it around.
The owner speaks English a little bit but you can tell he's willing to help you out as much as possible. It's a nice choice for being there and enjoying my time. Thank you.

Great
RRoger Ow YongFirst time in Seoul and stay in hotel. Hotel was excellent: receptionist is helpful and courteous. Check in and out is fast. Hotel facilities is excellent too. Water pressure is high, with separate restrooms. Living room had a sliding door to close to separate restrooms and washing basin. Had a small vacancy is more than enough. Location is the best walking distance 2-3mins to hongdiv MRT station exit 9. Overall is professional and high standard of living. I surely with stay again for next trip to Seoul never regret . I like make commitment to housing keeping for the well done, receptionist will help to call taxi for customer . Well done !
GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at Ninetree Insadong, the first time booked on a different platform. The location is excellent, right across from Jogyesa Temple (you can book a room with a temple view) and near two subway stations, Anguk on Line 3 (nearer) and Jonggak on Line 1 (slightly farther but still within walking distance). The location made it easy to get around Seoul by public transport and the hotel is also near the airport bus 6011 stop, so you travel to and from the airport easily. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel is right above the Anyoung Insadong mall which made it convenient to grab snacks or drinks or souvenirs from the mall's shops. You also get easy access to Insadong street with lots of eateries, cafes and souvenir shops. The area has a relaxed cultural vibe without being overcrowded. If you are vegetarian or vegan, the area has a number of vegetarian and vegan eateries. The room itself was fairly standard for a four star hotel. The staff were very helpful when I needed to make calls to a local number to arrange something and also helped with communication and translation. Kudos to the wonderful staff.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts convenient transportation. You can take the airport bus to and from the airport, and the drop-off point is also where you catch the return bus, which is super handy. I took bus 6015 and got off at Myeongdong Station. After getting off, you'll see Subway Exit 8. Head towards Exit 8, and at the first intersection, turn right and walk straight. (Make sure you don't go past the CU convenience store; it's actually right opposite Exit 8.) It's quite close, just a few hundred meters walk. The hotel is also very close to our embassy, which gave me extra peace of mind. Every morning, I could see the embassy from my window seat. The room was a bit small; opening a 28-inch suitcase made it feel a bit cramped, but the hotel's cleanliness was good. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it's in lively Myeongdong, it was very quiet at night, which was fantastic.
AAnonymous UserLoved the location, close to metro and there’s a convenience store onsite. Room was bright, spacious, clean, had well built storage spaces. Gym was spacious, clean and new. Washing machine and dryer in room. The service staff were very polite and helpful.
The only thing that I thought could be improved on was perhaps the hotel providing some free laundry detergent. It’s not expensive to purchase from the front desk (krw 1000) but it’s a hassle to have to go down to purchase it. It’ll be nice and much more convenient if they just provide enough for a use or two in the room.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Sinsa Subway Station, and if you stick to the main road, there's no steep hill like some photos online might suggest.
It's right next to Seoul Forest, and you can walk to Apgujeong in about 10-15 minutes. There's also a three-story Olive Young just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is super convenient! While the rooms aren't huge, the soundproofing is pretty good, and the shower water pressure is absolutely fantastic!
If you stay here, definitely make sure to check out the cafe on the top floor – the views are amazing. Overall, highly recommend. (Pics 1 & 2: Hotel rooftop cafe/bar. Pics 3 & 4: Views from the room)
YYan-ZhengThis hotel is super close to Seoul Station, accessible from either Exit 1 or 7 (see picture 4). We had an overnight layover before catching the KTX, so staying here was incredibly convenient. You can even walk here along the Seoullo 7017 Skygarden. Plus, there's Lotte Outlets and a supermarket nearby for some shopping. We booked a family twin room with a queen bed (1.5m) and a single bed (1.1m), perfect for three people, and the space was just right. Check-out is at 12 PM, and at around 700 [currency, presumably KRW], it's really good value for money. The service was good, though we didn't get a chance to use any other facilities!
BBokexierdienThe hotel has a great location. It's just two turns away from Chungmuro Subway Station Exit 8. Airport buses 6105 and 6011 also stop near Exit 8, making it very convenient to get to the hotel.
It's a fully self-service hotel with a self-check-in machine that has Chinese language options, which is super handy.
The room door uses a key code, which is easy to operate. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a slight step down from the toilet area to the shower, which prevents water from splashing out.
Myeongdong is also within walking distance. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.
AAnonymous UserStayed in a twin room in March. It was on the 4th floor, facing the main street with a tower view. The hotel's email after booking made the check-in process clear and easy to understand, which was helpful. Although the pre-arrival information stated that toiletries like shampoo wouldn't be provided, they were actually available in the room. Even though there was no Wi-Fi in the room, they offered pocket Wi-Fi rentals, which made my stay very comfortable. The toilet had a bidet, but the paper couldn't be flushed and had to be put in a trash can. This wasn't a big issue as I was prepared for it beforehand (the trash was collected when the room was cleaned). Considering the convenience, I would definitely consider staying here again.
AAnonymous UserOverall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and quickly moved me when I had an issue. On my first night, I felt unsafe due to an aggressive roommate and left to stay elsewhere. The next day I was given a new room with a respectful roommate, and I felt safe, rested well, and had a great experience. I really appreciated how the staff handled everything
P. S.
Special thanks to Manager Noel, receptionist Anna, Gabriel and Isabella!
AAllysh@comfortable place...close to dongmyo flea market..have to wait for more money because it's random when walking, wash your eyes at dongmyo flea market..close to laundry..wanting to wash clothes in the middle of the night is ok..,,😂😂😂
