"The location was fantastic and the service was great. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked the amenities were. There was a slight odor in the room, but an air purifier was provided, and the value for money was excellent."

"The hotel is a 7-8 minute walk from the subway, up a small hill. The decor is lovely, and it's convenient for shopping at COEX and Gangnam Station. There's a coffee shop on the first floor. They clean the room daily, and there's a 7-Eleven right next door. If you turn left out of the hotel and cross the street, there are many restaurants on that strip. The only downsides were having to leave a credit card as a deposit and not being given any information about the hotel's facilities. The rooftop is worth a quick look; there's a gym there. Someone was having a personal training session when I went, so I didn't go in, but you need to wear gym clothes to use it, so I'm not sure if it's accessible to all guests."

"There's no toothbrush, but they do provide water. There was a bit of dust built up, so if you're a clean freak, this might not be the place for you. However, the bathroom is very spacious, and the room itself is quite large. There's only one power outlet, so if two people are staying, it might feel a bit inconvenient. If you're staying alone though, it's perfectly fine!"

"The location of Yeoksam-dong was really good, so it was easy to visit. The rooms and bedding were clean and clean beyond expectations, so it was comfortable throughout my stay. The staff are also very friendly, so if there is anything to come to Yeoksam next time, I will use it again!"

"I didn’t use the meals or facilities during this trip, so I’m giving a neutral rating. The hotel location was perfect for my itinerary—close to the subway and with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was also very clean. The only downside was that there seemed to be construction nearby in the morning, so there was some noisy banging sounds."

"REALLY loved the location of the hotel, very convenient to all places (gangnam is just 3 bus stops away), except hongdae. The limousine to airport is just right outside the hotel. The hotel is situated between 3 subway stations and the distance to all subways stations is either walkable (up slope or down slope) or reachable by bus. BUT there are many bus services available to reach those subway stations or even direct buses to attractions. The outside view of the hotel is really gorgeous. There's also a convenient store beside the hotel and opposite the hotel (cross road) in the alley, there are many many many local food options."

"First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport bus. However, the hygiene is appalling. One pillow had foundation on it, and another had chili oil from food. While it's understandable that they forgot to change them during peak tourist season, I mentioned this to the front desk that afternoon, but they still hadn't changed them by evening. The sink faucet was leaking everywhere, like a ruptured urinary tractor. The soundproofing was terrible; at night, I could clearly hear late-night guests talking in the hallway and closing doors. Also, if guests upstairs got up at night, the flushing sound from the toilet in our room (305) was very clear, and the sound of the water pipes from the neighboring faucet echoed in our room. After all this, just when you think you can finally sleep, the light switch in the room is still very bright even when covered with paper, and it's pointing directly at the head of the bed. I don't know if the room designer was out of their mind. Just as you're about to fall asleep, the refrigerator starts making a loud, tractor-like noise, like a broken freezer from the 1980s."

"The hotel is quite close to the subway, located between two subway stations. We could walk to the aesthetics clinic. The room was spacious. The 'two-bed room' actually had one large bed, not two single beds, which was a pleasant surprise. It offers great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again next time. There are several convenience stores right next to the hotel, which is super handy. It's also not far from Seongsu-dong, a shopping paradise."
