Even though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned promptly. The public areas are also quite nice. The check-in staff speak Korean and Chinese, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff available to answer questions. However, nearby dining options are a bit far and require a walk. The restaurants next to Lotte aren't very good and are a bit overpriced. The bread and desserts in the lobby are also delicious; if you go too late, some items are already sold out by locals, and they're not overly sweet. The red bean and chocolate ones are great, but the cream and butter sticks are just average. Getting to the beach requires going downhill, and due to the location, most hotels nearby have the same situation where you have to go down and then climb back up. Overall, it's good. Aside from not providing disposable toiletries, it's pretty much on par with hotels in Sanya, and the room rates aren't inflated.

The hotel environment was just okay, to be honest. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and you could walk straight out to the outside from the balcony door, which meant privacy was a bit lacking. There were tons of tour groups every day, making check-in a slow process. On our second day, nothing in the room was replenished. I'm pretty sure they only vacuumed the floor and made the bed. Nothing else was wiped down; stains on the mirror and dust on the desk were still there after housekeeping. I had to disinfect and wipe the toilet seat myself, or you'd better bring your own toilet cover, otherwise, you'll find it's dirty even after a quick wipe. Breakfast options were very limited, not much to choose from. Some staff were friendly, but others seemed annoyed by Chinese tourists. Besides being close to the theme park and water park, I generally wouldn't recommend it.

First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

The hotel was very clean. It's a shame we stayed for two nights and it was cloudy and hazy every day, so we didn't get to see the true beauty of Mount Lu. We stayed in a suite, which was perfect for a family with two kids. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was surprisingly quiet, which is great for light sleepers. Perhaps due to the climate, there were a lot of small flying insects at night, but the staff were constantly cleaning them out of the pool, and the water was very clean. The Ivory Brunch downstairs was delicious, and the supermarket had plenty of options. The changing rooms by the pool were also exceptionally clean, and they even had skincare products available. Highly recommend!

Really nice hotel. Our room was huge ! The rooftop pool is heated and is great after a long day of exploration. Location is good, 10min walk from the market and the waterfall.  The only thing is that we required no service and the housekeeper still came and did only one bed out of 2, the next day one of the bathrobes belt was gone which is a bit weird..  I added breakfast one mornging and it was ok. Maybe more continental options would be good (bacon, cheese, etc)  The staff is very helpful and really nice .

We were quite disappointed upon arrival. We had specifically booked a mountain view room, but were given a city view room with mountains in the distant background—a view that looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s room listing. When we raised this with the front desk and showed them the discrepancy using a photo comparison (our view vs. the advertised one), we were told that the building had been constructed recently and the room photos hadn’t been updated. However, the buildings obstructing our view clearly appeared not to be new, making that explanation unconvincing. What was even more disappointing was the lack of any effort to rectify the situation. The hotel could have at least offered us an alternative room, even a cheaper one with partial sea and mountain views, but this wasn’t done. We ended up paying a premium for a view that didn’t meet expectations, and left feeling misled. Parking The listing stated free parking, but both nights, the hotel car park was full. We had to park in public areas, and one night, we ended up parking at the roadside due to a lack of space. As foreigners unfamiliar with Korean parking regulations, this caused unnecessary stress—we were worried about the risk of parking fines for potentially illegal parking. Other Concerns There seemed to be extra charges for everything. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided each night. When we went to the lobby to ask for two paper cups, we were told we had to pay for them. Fortunately, this charge was waived—possibly because they were aware of our parking issue—but it still left a negative impression.

I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

Extremely satisfied! I honestly wondered if a place this good, considering the facilities, service, cleanliness, and amenities, should even be offered at this price point. My only minor gripe is the somewhat remote location, which means no delivery services are available. You'll have to rely on the convenience store at reception for any urgent necessities.

The hygiene was surprisingly good, which was a pleasant surprise. There wasn't much in the way of service, but honestly, we didn't really need any. The breakfast restaurant staff spoke Chinese in the kitchen, and the breakfast itself was on par with, or perhaps even worse than, pre-made dishes you'd find in China. Definitely don't bother booking it.

Good location, parking close by as well as some parking at the hotel. The rooms were clean (bathroom could do with a bit of renovation), comfortable and spacious. The cleaning is every 3 days but fresh water and towels given everyday. We had a kitchen in our room but no way of utalising it as there were no pots, pans or cutlery.
