The staff made the experience truly memorable Magdalena was especially kind and very accommodating throughout my visit, always ready to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. I also appreciated Loraine’s thoughtful gesture of giving me a Coke as a gift, which was a simple but very nice touch of hospitality. Overall, the service felt personal and genuine, and it made my stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"The hotel is very convenient. Most of the attractions are nearby. Even if you take the bus and take the subway, it is convenient to go to the airport. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to train to the hotel. It is super convenient to get to the hotel in a few minutes. After handing over the room, you can put your luggage. At the end, you can finish playing last 𠮶 and then go up to carry your luggage and go to the bathroom to add it."

"The hotel is in a stunning spot, but the rooms aren’t very connected, so you’ll have to climb stairs to get to yours. Also, the hotel isn’t in the best shape overall. However, the staff is really welcoming, and the place is worth it overall."

"I regret booking this hostel immediately after enter the room. Room is too small and air circulation is not good. Not enough spaces to place personal belongings. I booked here based on the high reviews score but I think it is overrated. I hurt myself when I squat down to close the metal drawer. It has some sharp edges. Breakfast is okay if it’s is included in the booking. If buy it separately at 9 Euro it’s overpriced."

"Although it's on a hill, it was really great to have a Bipana house and a supermarket right in front. I booked a room with a balcony, and the view was so amazing that I didn't even need to go up to the viewpoint. If I ever come back to Lisbon, I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"Pros - location, right in the center of the square, walking distance to main sights and tram stop. Room is clean albeit on the small side. Suitable for single traveler without too much luggage. Spread of choices for breakfast is great. Cons - only a small inconvenience. Ubers cannot stop directly in front of the hotel. Be prepared to drag your suitcase a small distance from the squareor choose nearby street instead as drop off spot."

"Booked a superior double room for 4 nights. I would not say it was good value for money - meaning overpriced. Pros: The location is great, very central. The guesthouse is sandwiched between a shoe store. The sign is very small and hard to find it. The services are good. The staff checking us in gave quite some touring tips. The room is clean. All staff were polite. The bathroom is spacious. Cons: The superior room we booked are no where near the photos shown on the booking website. The room is equipped with very basic furniture. The wardrobe looks like an old fireplace with No shelves to put clothing on. Neutral: the breakfast had a big variety. But the tapas looked stale and bread was stone hard to cut with the knife. Egg tarts and cakes were delicious Overall, it was overpriced for the room we booked. A guesthouse room with a 4 star hotel price."

"I stayed at the Portugal Boutique Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the amenities provided throughout the hotel were excellent. My room rate included breakfast, which featured a variety of hot options, different pastries, an in-house bakery, and a cold section with meats, fruits, juices, and yogurt. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a refilled glass bottle of water and in-room coffee. Twice during my visit, I received special treats delivered to the room—once a small bottle of local alcohol, and another time, traditional Portuguese egg custard tarts. The hotel’s location was ideal—very close to public transit, including the metro, and within easy walking distance of many major sightseeing spots. The only consideration is that some noise from the nearby metro can be heard in the rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. That said, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again."
