"All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!"

"The stay was good but has construction in next building, so a lot of noise but Mrs Manar has advised us to move to higher floor so it was much better. We didn't have water for 4 hours during night time so we had to make other arrangements. Also wifi is not reachable in all area in the junior suite."
