Hotels near At Waterside, Chiang Rai

The hotel is not far from the beautiful Asian wood fair, easy to walk to. The room is clean and the staff is lovely.

Location is good, quite neighborhood, halal ( Muslim) food available, laundry service near by, mosque (muslim prayer center) near by. Rooms are clean decent size but they need to add some amenities , side table with reading lamp, no chair, no water cattle, no hand towel, instead of giving paper water cup, glass for drinking water would be great. In room tea coffee would be great as the town is almost dead by 7pm. Please also add some kind egg (boiled is easy) with breakfast.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. If you are a light sleeper or a group of friends who like to chit chat, I would not recommend this. But other than that, if you are finding some place to rest before your flight, this is a good one. The hotel provided free coffee,tea and some biscuits from 6-11am which is lovely. Overall, you pay what you get and this place does a little bit better than what you pay tho so i would give 3.5 out of of 5 stars.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The location is convenient, and the services were excellent. Overall, it’s a very good hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Recently renovated rooms ..... very nice. Bed a bit hard but with topper pad ok. Close to the River Restaurants about 400m walk (Thai Restaurant good). The restaurant only open for breakfast. Lovely helpful staff

Like: 1. Very good first impression during check-in – staff are very cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic – a fantastic welcome to my stay! 2. Clean, spacious and most importantly, no insects or foul smell in the room. Good quality mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels - all new and are so comfortable! Housekeeper's response was prompt and everything worked well. 3. Within walking distance to: nearest 7-11 shop (about 7 minutes), Saturday night market (about 10 minutes), Clock tower (about 15 minutes) 4. Spotless and cosy restaurant. Breakfast spread is small but well-prepared with slight variation in the hot dishes daily (kudos to the chef!). Coffee is good! Dislike: 1. Space in toilet is very tight in the superior room – suitable only for someone with small body frame 2. Pool does not seem to be cleaned daily as I saw dirt and dead insects floating in the water for 2 days’ straight (the bright lights around the pool attract a lot of flying insects on certain nights). Pool water is only waist-deep 3. The hotel is situated within an older residential area and the alleys are dead quiet after dark. My room on the 4th floor has views of roof tops of the surrounding nondescript buildings. Rooms on the opposite side probably have better views. 4. TV is not a smart TV. Mainly Thai programmes so nothing to watch if you do not understand Thai

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, the service is exceptional, and the facilities are awesome.

Loved my stay here. Very accessible to get to from the airport and to get around to the tourist spots. Convenience stores are conveniently located nearby, and there are plenty of food options available as well. Staff are very friendly and warm, and always made me feel welcome. The breakfast was good as well! Only downside is that there is no gym!

Friendly staff. They don't speak English very well. Breakfast was fine. The room was spacious and clean, but I felt it lacked basic amenities like a hairdryer, hand soap, a shower curtain, and a toilet mat.

The rooms are clean, the service is good, and breakfast is included. The price is reasonable, it's easy to get to, and there's plenty of parking.
