"The hotel is quite far from the city center, not within walking distance. It's perfect if you have a motorbike or car. You get views of the forest and hills. There's unlimited hot and cold water from the cooler on each floor. I accidentally broke the sliding window (it popped out of its tracks and fell into the hallway), and they replaced it. The cameras showed it wasn't my fault. No mosquitos. The panoramic window offers great views, and everything is clean."

"Gave it 10/10, no sponsorship involved. I've stayed at many places in the Khao Lak area, but this one is by far the best. It's an excellent hotel, very private, lush, and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food is delicious. The room was great, the AC was cold, the water pressure was strong, and it was fully equipped with amenities like a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast was good, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. Dinner was also good, with fresh seafood and live music on some evenings. The beach is good for swimming. On the day we went diving at Surin Island, the hotel prepared a snack box for our breakfast. There's a golf cart service for transport within the hotel. The hotel is not too small and not too large. It's conveniently located right on the main road, not tucked away down a deep soi like many other places. There are several restaurants nearby."

"This resort was definitely one of the standout parts of our stay in Khao Lak. The rooms are modern, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean – everything feels comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The gym is also a big plus: fully equipped with free weights, machines, and cardio equipment, so it’s easy to keep up your routine even while traveling. Food-wise, it’s worth noting that hotel restaurant prices are significantly higher compared to local options. That said, the buffet breakfast and especially the dinner are very generous. The dinner buffet really stands out with its wide variety of dishes – there’s something for everyone, and the selection is impressively extensive. One of the biggest highlights, though, is the beach. The coastline is absolutely beautiful, and the sunsets here are simply stunning – easily one of the most memorable parts of the whole experience. The resort is located about a 10-minute drive from the town, so getting around requires some planning. Grab doesn’t really operate here, and local taxis tend to be controlled and quite expensive, often charging per person. If you’re traveling as a group, renting a car is definitely the more convenient and cost-effective option. ⸻"

"Really nice stay thank you. It's a perfect place for families with lots of activities but there's also a quieter adult zone which is ensures a calmer and more luxurious stay. Close to the beach , lots of pools and restaurants on site and as usual the staff are very good. The family part of the hotel is showing its age a bit, but I think that's reflected in the price. The food at the sky bar is excellent by the way."

"I stayed at Ananea beyond for two nights during my birthday celebration with my husband. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience.       The service was excellent, and we were welcomed with genuine smiles from every staff member we encountered. During check-in a short-haired lady at the lobby provided us with a warm welcome, complete information, and professional service. After that, Paul assisted us with our luggage and gave us a detailed introduction to the resort facilities as well as our villa.         One of the highlights of our stay was the Pool Bar. The swimming pool was spacious and very clean. We had the opportunity to try several drinks prepared by Marwin, and they were absolutely delicious. We ended up having 4–6 drinks .He always served us with a friendly smile and showed great passion and attention when preparing our beverages.        Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to experience the Kanda spa. When we checked in  the spa between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, it was closed due to a photo shoot and promotional activities, if I remember correctly. As a result both of us missed the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing spa treatment during our stay.       The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, although the food tasted good and the restaurant staff provided excellent service.        The resort itself is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind and escape from work-related stress. Our villa was very spacious and well-equipped with amenities. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Housekeeping standards were not as detailed as expected. The bed linens had several visible stains from previous use before our arrival. Complimentary bottled water was not replenished during our stay .we only received four bottles for the entire two-night stay. Used drinking glasses were also not replaced. In the evenings, some of the pathways leading back to the villas felt quite dark. Additionally, several villas were undergoing renovation during our visit, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes around the property.        Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay thanks to the outstanding hospitality of the staff. We appreciate their kindness and dedication"

"🌿 Mai Holiday by Mai Khao Lak (adult zone) This zone is suitable for those who really want peace and quiet. The feeling of lying down quietly, reading a book, and relaxing your mind. 📍Suitable for those with a private car, must have, no problem. 📍General service, the staff are like new employees. 📍The room is spacious, condo feel, with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, outdoor balcony, can lie down and relax. 📍Breakfast for us is quite varied, there are many to choose from, but it's a basic menu, not that wow. 📍The swimming pool is spacious, the front zone is a family zone, there is a slide, opens at 11.00 am, the back zone is not very clean, there is slippery algae, but overall it is quite wide. 📍The hotel area is quite large, every time we go somewhere, we have to call a car all the time. At night, it is quite dark, scary for us. 😱 ⛔️ The room we got had no phone signal at all. Those who bring work to do will have a hard time. The phone signal is only 1 bar, the hotel's wifi is not excellent at all, there is almost no TV signal, the screen is like a water droplet like in the past, saving electricity. The TV is almost never turned on because it can't be watched. Overall, it is an indifferent hotel, not uninspired. But there was nothing impressive 555 🥰🥰🥰"

"We (wife, myself and 8 year old son) stayed end of March 2026. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful and placed us in a nice room with King size bed and knew us by name. The bedroom had an ocean view + balcony and comfortable bed that fit all 3 of us. We arrived on a Tuesday when they do a weekly firedance. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at sunset where the pool met the ocean and sky. The staff was willing to drive us by golf cart between the 2 sides of the resort to be able to access the whole resort easily. The restaurant food was tasty as well but only complaint was that it was Italian food and we were in Thailand and wanted to eat Thai food. The included buffet breakfast was wonderful with an array of options for everyone and it changed a bit every day we were there (5 nights). For us, the location was not ideal, as you have to take a taxi to get to the town or restaurants and we ended up finding a couple spots we could walk to near the resort (Memories Beach next door) and a small restaurant walking distance. We were delighted to find that there is an Elephant Sanctuary next door to Aspara, walking distance and visiting the elephants was an amazing experience (1000 THB for 3 people and food/milk to feed the elephants). We did a day snorkel trip to Surin National Park and the location was accessible for the pickup to the port. I was unable to use Grab for food or ride service and when we did use taxi, we used the hotel taxi service, which was a bit more expensive than I wanted. The ride to the airport was 2,500 THB for the 3 of us and our bags arranged by hotel. It was nice knowing that the taxi would be there and it was a private ride with AC and plenty of room. There is a river that divides the two sides of the resort and it passes in front of the hotel into the ocean. We were advised not to swim in the river, so we were a bit concerned when crossing it or to swim in the water that is poured into, but we did swim in the water in front of the Memories Beach just adjacent to Aspara. I would recommend Aspara particularly to folks looking for quiet, and prefer to be away from hustle and bustle of city and who don't mind taking a Tuk Tuk to places they want to visit. Great place to go to if you don't want to leave the resort. I would have preferred to be closer to more restaurants (walking distance) but otherwise, the staff, the grounds, the breakfast, everyone was amazing. Enjoy the photos. MN"

"A nice, relaxing hotel. Clean grounds. A pool with a slide. Green, well-maintained grounds. There's a pond with fish and lotuses, very beautiful. There's a cafe nearby. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. However, the beach has strong low tides. For swimming, you need to go to Coconut Beach. A tuk-tuk is right next to the hotel."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 3-4, but the hotel only allowed 3 people. The shower was quite high. I loved how cold the air conditioning was, and the staff were very helpful. Sandee at reception was absolutely lovely! The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach at another one of their sister properties, which is very convenient for getting around. If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay at their CoCo property near the beach."
