My first time here, and I was incredibly impressed! I hadn't even planned on coming; I actually booked the wrong place, which led me here. It started as a trip with no excitement at all. The entrance was narrow and flooded, but once inside the hotel, it was like stepping into a different world. Every corner filled me with joy. It was so quiet and peaceful. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, fully equipped, and even had welcome snacks. The bathroom amenities were amazing – everything was perfect. The front desk staff were lovely, especially Khun Belle, who was so kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was huge and delicious, and the morning sun was beautiful. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is stunning and the location is perfect, nice and quiet… The Only bad think is the sun beds on the beach they are kept occupied with towels early in the morning and they are like that for over 3 hours If you coming early at 8:30 all the sun beds are occupied with towels ( by the Russians) but nobody sits on them and you have to chose the back seats….very frustrating Management hotel they don’t do nothing about that Overall the hotel is very nice and the breakfast is the top….. I highly recommend

Grand Mercure Resort is an incredibly beautiful place. Breakfast was amazing, special thank you to the lady making us eggs every morning, her positive energy was amazing! It was my parents anniversary and their bed was decorated to say happy wedding anniversary which we highly appreciated. Can’t recommend enough staying here!

Our stay at the Marriott Resort was truly enjoyable. Spending five days there felt like pure relaxation from start to finish. The staff were consistently very kind, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel welcome at all times. We particularly enjoyed the gym facilities. The only small thing we missed was a dedicated room for yoga or a bit more open space within the gym for personal workouts. However, this was not a major issue, as the gym was not overly busy and it was easy to improvise when needed. Overall, everything else was excellent and met our expectations fully. The atmosphere, service, and comfort made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to this resort and gladly recommend it to others.

The hotel is a 7-minute walk from the beach. I enjoyed walking to Nang Thong Beach along a dirt road through the abandoned hotel grounds and forest. There you'll see hens and chicks, roosters, cows, and coconut palms. Breakfasts are monotonous. The rooms are large and spacious. There's plenty of seating—two rattan armchairs, two chairs, and a stool—a rarity in Thailand. There's a large TV where you can watch your own movies from a USB drive. There's hot water! I loved everything.

We had a truly peaceful and wonderful stay at your hotel. We are very satisfied with the service — the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful to our family. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. The service standards were truly at a high level, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. Unfortunately, because my daughter was not feeling well, we were not able to fully enjoy all of the facilities this time. We will definitely come back again in the future to have a proper relaxing stay. Wishing you continued success and all the best!

An old but generally pleasant hotel. We stayed for two nights. My son absolutely loved the room with arcade games and a console. The breakfast selection was diverse. The only downside is the beach isn't great – it's shell-covered with strong waves, making it unsuitable for swimming. Otherwise, it's worth considering.

The Hotel is cozy & the concept is cultural. But, 1. The room soundproof is bad, i can hear someone walking outside the corridor & even i stay at 4 floor i can here people talking loudly in the late night at the lobby… the sound travel through the staircase up. 2. Overall breakfast was good. 3. This is a non smoking hotel, but the smoke detector in the room are covered, during check out i did ask the reception staff. They just ignore my question on their Fire Alarm System. Above is not complain, is just my comments. Thanks

Hi, Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, the staff were professional and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. However, I was disappointed by the inconsistency in the room amenities. The hotel’s website stated that my room type included a bathtub, and I also saw recent guests on TikTok staying in the same room category with one (they just recorded video recently). Unfortunately, the room I was assigned did not have a bathtub. As a five-star hotel, I believe consistency and accurate room descriptions are essential. The bathtub was one of the main reasons I chose to book this room, so it was disappointing when the actual room did not match the information provided. I hope the hotel will update its room descriptions or clearly specify if room features vary within the same category. Doing so would help manage guests’ expectations and avoid similar disappointments in the future. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed my stay overall, especially the excellent breakfast and the warm hospitality of the staff. Thanks

We booked a duplex, a two-story, two-room unit for 6 people, though there were only 4 of us. The room had several windows that faced either the road or another building. The wooden windows had mosquito nets and were always kept closed. There were two showers and one toilet in the room. The wooden bathroom doors didn't close all the way because they scraped against the floor. There were stains on the walls and doors. Both the room and the entire hotel are in need of renovation. The location is excellent, with a private beach and free sun loungers. The sunsets on the beach are absolutely amazing. Breakfasts were decent, and we didn't use the pool. The gym had two treadmills, an elliptical, a stationary bike, and dumbbells.
