"The room facilities are very good, the location of the hotel is also very good, the service is too bad, the full room fee, the store has shown her the hotel check-in certificate of Trip.com , said that she did not receive the room fee, received our two rooms, and later Trip.com contacted the hotel, A tall lady next to it looked for a while to find the order. Trip.com and the hotel also communicated for a long time and there was no accurate news when the check-out fee could be paid. If you want to stay at this hotel, you must confirm how much the hotel will charge before checking in. If you care about the hotel's service, you must stay carefully"
"Facilities: They're currently renovating, and breakfast wasn't available during my stay... they said they'd issue a refund. The gym wasn't open either, but guests can use the gym at the hotel next door.
Cleanliness: Pretty clean.
Environment: It's right next to the DT, so it's convenient and safe to walk everywhere."
"I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay."
"The hotel is more modern. The front desk is a bar service is not bad. When you check in, you can also brush 100 knives. I don’t know what the fee is. We live for five days. It should be 20 knives a day. The elevator is very large, the style is unique, the wall is all-inclusive, the denim decoration The bathroom is as clean as the picture. There is no hygienic bag in the paper. We don’t have another hotel. I don’t know if Seattle is like this. I have to clean the room every day. I have not taken the waiter. The room is also arranged. The neighborhood is closer to Pacific Palace. Walk the past 15-20 minutes. The room is small but clean. At night, the front desk and bartender inquiries can’t keep up. The overall service is still very good. After the baggage brother took the tip, he also ordered our boxes to be neatly arranged in size. Recommended"
"If you want to stay near downtown, this is probably the cheapest option. The hotel's location is great; downtown attractions are all within walking distance. Amazon Spheres are just one block behind, and there's a Whole Foods a few minutes' walk away, which is very convenient for groceries. This was my first time staying in a motel where the doors and windows face the corridor, and I was a bit nervous at first, but it felt quite safe in reality, though you do hear outside noise. The electronic facilities in the room are relatively new, and there are plenty of USB plugs. The bed is comfortable. Occasionally, some facilities are older but still clean."
"The hotel is in a good location near the Space Needle and Climate Pledge as well as pubs, Lake Union and downtown. Next time I am in Seattle, I will book there again, but I will make use of the pool."
"Location: Very close to Amazon sphere, the hotel is surrounded by office areas, and it is generally safe. There is a supermarket nearby, you can go shopping.
Room: To be honest, it is quite old, especially the furniture, but it is not a big problem.
Breakfast: Very average, and the breakfast restaurant has few seats and many people."
"The rooms were very clean n well maintained. However, the room was only clean after 7days. Although they did stock up towels and other amenities. It might be better if the rooms could be clean every 4 days. The gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and basketball court were wonderful. The kitchen set up was very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wholefood supermarket is just 5mins away. Will definitely stay there again."
"Location is unbeatable - nearby Westlake Station (Exit A) of Link Light Rail, and Seattle Convention Centre. Walking distance to attractions (e.g., Pike Place Market, Space Needle)
Very helpful & friendly staff: It was my first time to stay at a hotel with all staff (front desk, room service & other staff met in the hotel) are very warm and make me feel to be welcomed.
minor comment: heating warm up the room automatically once a while but quite noisy."
"We stayed one night here with the package deal of free breakfast for 4. The location is great, near the South Lake Union. Room is clean and spacious. I will recommend this hotel.
One reminder though, we arrived hotel around 8:30pm. The front desk is closed and the instructions on desk asked us to go to EL on 2nd floor. The gentleman checked us in smoothly and told us the breakfast is on the floor during 6:30 and 9:30am. We ate breakfast the next morning and ended up paying $60+ including tips.
The issue / confusion is that two different hotels nestled in the same building, with no clear sign to differentiate. For first time visitors, it will be easily missed. The Staybridge free breakfast deal requires people to go to the downstairs eating area. Please be careful about this to avoid unnecessary cost."

Amazing
WWudaozhongnanshanThe hotel's location is decent, not far from the university and the subway. However, the air conditioning in the room was noisy, and the duvet was too thick. The room size was okay. Overall, it's a suitable place for a 2-3 day stay.
CChangjiaoxiaozhuThis hotel boasts an excellent location right in downtown Seattle, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and other city landmarks. It's also incredibly convenient for taking the subway and monorail. The area feels very safe; personally, I didn't worry about walking back to the hotel after dark. The hygiene and service were standard and satisfactory. They even offer a daily $15 credit for 'The Market,' which is enough for a couple of coffees or yogurts. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd recommend it.
TTineChanThe hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel in a great location. Although the room was slightly small, it was comfortable and very clean. The ”technology” controlling the entire room took a little time to get used to. My only complaint was that throughout my stay (only 1 night), I was unable to get the TV to work !! The controlling mini ipad wouldnt seem to communicate with the TV beyond switching it on and off. Reception suggested I use the regular remote control, but still didnt work! I can live without the TV for one night but if longer I would have pursued the hotel to fix the problem. Other then that, I enjoyed my stay. Nice to have a laptop sized room safe. Note, there is no in-room coffee/tea making facility, but they are available down on the ground floor. Despite the TV problem I would stay again.
GGuest UserThis is a great value option among the upscale hotels within walking distance of Pike Place Market. We arrived at 10 AM and they let us check in immediately and gave us our room key, which saved us the hassle of storing our luggage. We were able to freshen up and head straight to Pike Place Market! The hotel is also conveniently located just a block away from Din Tai Fung and Haidilao, both reachable within a 5-minute walk!
CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
BBanlibaoziSeattle's prices are really something else... $70 for parking, practically Hawaii prices... Or is Seattle even more expensive than Hawaii? But downtown is quite chaotic, and as a tourist, you don't really have a choice. It's just a standard Hilton double room. It's a bit of a walk to attractions, especially with Seattle's hills. However, the room price was relatively affordable. When traveling, I prioritize chain hotels.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!!
The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.
YYona的日本留學日常The room was very clean and newly decorated, and there was enough space for two large suitcases. The toilet is not in the room and you need to go out of the public area, which is not a big problem. There is a laundry room and kitchen on the first floor, with tableware, kitchen utensils and oven.
GGuest UserCan't say that I would stay here again.
First, the positives: Great location close to Pike Place and the train to get to Lumen. Front desk staff on arrival and leaving were friendly.
Now the negatives: Sent an email a week ahead that never got answered. Ended up calling 2 days before arrival and asked about early check-in. No option for early check-in guarantee but was told ”wouldn't be a problem” to check in 2 hours earlier than the 4:00 standard. Finally got an email at 4:05 that our room was ready. Needless to say, it really messed up our plans. Second, walls are paper thin. Had some influencer type wake us up at 1am recording his vlog or whatever. The one pair of free ear plugs just didnt cut it. Thirdly, I understand it is an old building but the upkeep and maintenance was lacking. Fourth, absolutely no clothes storage at all. Fine for an overnight stay but for multi-night stays, it got tiring living out of the suitcase. Fifth, parking is $45 a night to self-park a block away. And finally, not sure if they are the same owners but the bar/restaurant downstairs for guests had HORRIBLY slow service. Definitely not a perk to staying here. All in all, 2 stars. Won't stay again.
