Had a very great stay. Just around 3am there was a lady there said she's from New Orleans but that's besides the point. We had gotten locked out of the hotel and was trying to open the door with the key card so we could go upstairs to get to our room. I ended up calling the front desk from the phone on the outside of the hotel doors and she answered very rude and said ”What the f do yu want” I immediately hung up and once she opens the door I told her I have a room here and could not get inside so there was no need to be rude and asked if she was okay. She then called the police on me and my mother and made my mother get a hotel room at another hotel. Very very unprofessional. Then her son works there and she ended up telling her son what happened and as I was leaving the hotel on the morning he came up to me and asked me what my problem was with his mother. I ignored him because I am one girl an I'm very small and he is a very husky men and like 6ft. What the heck am I gonna do if I'm 5'0 getting beat up by this man or something. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL

Very good, the hotel has a nice view, and it is very safe. The front desk is responsive. There are shops all around, and it is very pleasant to go shopping. There is also a bar downstairs, and the steaks and wine are great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is ideally located—right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile, so it’s within walking distance of world-class shopping, dining, and iconic Chicago landmarks like the John Hancock Center and Navy Pier. Room Quality: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I stayed in a city-view room, and the view of the Chicago skyline was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights illuminated the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's rest, and the bathroom was sleek and contemporary with high-end toiletries. Location: This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the best of Chicago. Not only are you close to Michigan Avenue's shopping and dining, but you're also a short walk from cultural attractions like the Art Institute and Millennium Park. Abit far from the subway/metro lines but taking the bus was convenient as well.

Claridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel boasts a prime downtown Chicago location, within walking distance to the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, and popular Instagrammable spots, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The free Wi-Fi is stable, and there's a well-equipped indoor pool and gym. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It offers fantastic value for money. Overall, it's quiet and safe with thoughtful service, making it perfect for exploring, dining, and sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Chicago!

Considering US prices, this room rate is really cheap. There's an unavoidable resort fee of $29.35 USD (including tax) charged daily. So, you should definitely make full use of the in-room coffee machine and the gym upstairs (though I didn't use either, even though the coffee was Starbucks – I just went across the street for my Starbucks fix). At check-in, they put a hold on my credit card for a deposit, the exact amount of which I wasn't sure of. Based on my credit card notification, it seemed to be roughly the same amount as the total resort fees for my stay, rather than the standard $100 per day. (I asked, and they genuinely don't accept cash for the deposit, so no need to exchange too much cash; I just used my card for everything). You do have to go to the front desk daily for bottled water. But I thought the front desk staff were all really nice! Especially one slightly older but very elegant Caucasian gentleman. That's because I kept pestering them about the deposit amount and then, at check-out, I kept asking for a receipt for it, haha. In reality, the amount they put a hold on at check-in isn't actually charged. They only charge you after check-out for the resort fees multiplied by the number of days. You can still ask for a breakdown, and it's just $25 + $4.35 per day. No need to worry about waiting for a deposit refund to show up on your bank statement. Also, storing luggage on the first floor costs $2 per piece. The hairdryer is wall-mounted, but it's not like those weak ones; it's quite powerful enough. The showerhead is also fixed, not a handheld one, which made washing a bit difficult. The sink faucet for hot and cold water is very responsive; for someone from a warmer Asian country who was nearly frozen outdoors, it was great not to be surprised by the water temperature from the sink.

The hotel is in a very good location and has a very high cost performance ratio. It is opposite Trader Joe's. Shopping is very convenient. It is about 7-8 minutes' walk from the Trump Building and less than 20 minutes' walk from Millennium Park, which is more than 1 km away. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk from Millennium Park to Lake Michigan, which is very pleasant. The hotel front desk staff is very nice. We arrived at around 10 am and stored our luggage for free. We wanted to check in at around 2 pm. The attitude was very good, but there was no room available at the moment. We were asked to wait for 25 minutes. Later, when it was not 25 minutes, we went to find out that we already had a room. The facilities are average, but it is still quite clean.

Very good location. It’s five minutes by foot to Michigan Avenue (Nike Chicago). Standard American breakfast. The room is small (king size bed).., but comfortable. No troubles with the elevators.., they were working very well. I recommend.., and I would stay again for sure..!

lobby is on the 2nd floor, check in was a breeze, no need to see the passport .. just gave me the key and we were set to go we stayed for 4 nights, but there was no Cleaning done.. i have to request for an extra towel since we are 4 in a room and they only provided for 2. we run out of body soap in the next day and had to pick it up in the lobby , and no one came to install it .. so we just put it in the corner.. not on the wall location was good, easy to get into public transport , if not too sensitive its a walking distance to the magnificent mile.. gym was Ok , laundry service is 3$ each cycle.. and you need to install an app to pay... and you can't load exact amount so if you are going to do a single laundry just use the credit card you pay 3.25 though, but you only pay for what you use.. apple pay or tap to pay not working.. so bring your CC with you, another thing, if you use the app, it will let you know if the laundry is done.. but some people still don't come down to remove their clothes to need to ask the lobby to take it out and put in the rack provided breakfast was nothing special., if you wake up late many people already and hard to find a table, and the refill is not too fast.. only a handful of variety for the food. coffee and tea are available the whole day as long as its not yet depleted..
