"The hotel's location and surroundings are good, and the facilities are decent. However, the Wi-Fi is terrible, and the service isn't great. Room cleaning often doesn't happen until late in the afternoon, and when you call the front desk, you just get a lengthy English voicemail."

"This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic."

"The hotel is good, clean, there is a small but good pool. The negative points there is no place to Store the luggage after checkout and there are no chair and sun umbrela available in the beach."

"The hotel is in a great location with a swimming pool and a beach. Hotel residents can use parasols on the beach. The overall situation is in line with the positioning of the Holiday Inn, and you can enjoy the sea and beach in Miami with a lower budget."

"Great location. Clean hotel. They said the renovations were on the lower floors when I was checking in and therefore wouldn't impact me. But on saturday and sunday, it felt like the construction work was happening in my room so that wasn't great. I only received a message about the construction work after I had checked in and booked. There is no reference of the construction and update taking place at the hotel on the website"

"Bon hôtel, bien situé sur North beach sur Collins avenue , ma chambre était très spacieuse et avec vue partielle sur l’océan c’était top! Le service à l’accueil était super, très réactif et à l’écoute de chaque demande. De manière générale tout le personnel était très accueillant (personnel de chambre, accueil général, petit dej..). La piscine est très bien, assez grande, l’accès à la plage privée avec transats et parasols est top, de même pour la salle de sport vraiment complète. Les seuls points négatifs restent la WIFI pas toujours opérationnelle, avec une mauvaise connexion générale ( à min départ on m’a informé que c’était dû à des travaux en cours) et le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas assez varié"

"Excellent hostel with a fantastic location, and for minimal money too! The staff are friendly and genuinely always ready to help. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping, and the beds and their ladders are sturdy. There's a hot water dispenser near the pool (next to the washing machines)."
