GGuest UserWe stayed at Home2Suite during our last trip to Houston but it was the one at Pearland. We arrived at this one late in the night and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. However once we entered the lift, we were welcomed with a strong greasy smell. The hall way had rug that was clean but obviously old.
The major concern was the room which had a hole in the ceiling inside the toilet dripping water all over the floor. The AC also wasn’t working well that even at 19 degrees Celsius, was still warm. Initial complain to the staff was met with no vacant room, that they were fully booked. We managed for the first three days because we were outdoors most of the time. The room was later changed to a more comfortable one.
The other thing was the swimming pool. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay but the staff mentioned that some handle to the pool was broken and that it was closed.
The breakfast was also good but with little varieties to choose from.

LLaodangqingyunA very good hotel, clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The only thing is that the parking fee of $50 is more expensive.

GGuest UserThe experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs.
Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

DDaniel Lam99The hotel is conveniently located and has easy parking. Check-in was quick, the front desk staff was warm and considerate, efficient, and arranged rooms according to check-in requirements.
The room was reasonably laid out, clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, which helped with sleep.

陳陳Very close to Her***n park, there are 010, 002 metro bus nearby, eating Subway, Burger King, MM, the location is not bad; There is a simple meal in the morning; However, in the room where I stayed, my colleague from the same company said that there would be a strange taste of ”roughly pen”, while the sheets and toilets were quite normal.
