Got a room at first where the AC was super loud and there wasn’t even a closet or a place to hang clothes. I told the front desk but they said the hotel was full and couldn’t do anything !!! So I contacted IHG directly and I got a new one was much better — quiet AC and a proper closet.
FYI: floors 9–10 seem to have some kind of machine room inf front the room X01 . The noise could be heard all the floor to room 906. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this hotel.

The room is quite big, there is a kitchen, and it is cleaned every seven days in a row. You need to change the towel to let the front desk send it. The environment is good, there is a swimming pool, quiet at night, breakfast is rich, that is, the sound of the room air conditioner is louder when it is started. Overall cost-effective 👍

The room is relatively large and a family of three and four can live. The environment is also OK, relatively clean. Breakfast is also quite rich abroad. It's just that the lobby is on the 11th floor, which is not easy to find for people who don't understand English. In addition, the check-out time seems to be a little early at 11 o'clock.

The hotel rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, but compared to high-end star hotels, the facilities are average and the price/performance ratio is not bad. It is suitable for family travel!

The location was convenient between the French Quarter and the Garden District. However, the hotel didn't supply complimentary bottles of water, & the coffee machine didn't work. Th3y did replace it!! The aircon was a nightmare & we simply turned it off. Otherwise, good service, lovely staff, & a great place to stay. But, expensive during Mardi Gras.

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Mosquito Control Measures, Hotel Smell, Bed Comfort Level, Value for Money; The location of the hotel is very good, within 10 walks from Bourbon Street, the room is big and clean and comfortable to live in, but the service at the front desk is not very friendly

This was a beautiful space. Nice and chill vibe. The place had board games and a bar with very unique cuisine. I had never tried anything like it before but it was wonderful. I was only slightly disappointed by the rooftop bar being closed on the first night. And actually, because of the signage, I just assumed it was closed indefinitely. I didn't realize until the night before we were supposed to check out that it had been reopened.
Our renovated 1927 historic building is a short walk from the Joy and Saenger Theatres. The French Quarter, Caesars Superdome, and Riverwalk Outlets are within one mile. First of all, the price is relatively high. New Orleans is very distinctive and fun. This hotel is very close to the French Quarter and can be walked. And the surroundings are quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Coffee and hot water are provided all day, which is great! Breakfast is an American standard breakfast, not bad

KKseniia KoshevaiaWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.
SShi Luna I stayed an additional night after my initial booking. The service remained just as excellent. Ohhh ask at the front desk for assistance with a taxi to the airport. Much cheaper than uber or lyft.
GGuest UserThis place is very hollow and loud. It's very close quarters and no sound proofing. You can hear everyone's TV in the hall amd your room, people screaming on the phone, doors slamming, people getting ice on another floor, people outside on the nice patio, water took forever in sink to go down, black blanket they give you was so nasty, looked like snot or semen smeared on it. Hair was everywhere. I say this with the understanding that hair is harder to get up. It was In our bed, everywhere in shower. I know you can't say no children but this is not a place for small kids to run around and talk in hallways bc everything can be hear so clearly. No proofing or weather*****ping under doors so there is a huge gap. Of maybe 1.5 inches under the doors that doesn't help the sound. Cute place, in a sketchy up and coming neighborhood. They have street parking only which was plentiful and said there was security roving through neighborhood. Never saw them but our cars were fine. Good idea for a small neighborhood hostel/hotel. Decor was simple and so cute throughout and it comes with a MW and fridge. The attached coffee and bar was nice.
LLouise H1I simply must commend the management on their groundbreaking, complimentary wellness program. I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress?
Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for!
And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise.
The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to!
So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.
GGuest UserThe hotel service was really bad. I would not stay there again. I understand that in order to save resources, sheets may not be changed daily, but we at least expected someone to come in empty the trash bins and change the towels. We found out that they do not do that either. You have to request housekeeping service to come and get the trash daily, which was really odd.
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice convenience was great everything was within walking distance but what I didn't like was the paying for parking if I'm already staying.
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is OK, close to Pompeii Street in France. The breakfast in the hotel is very ordinary and very simple. The lighting is dim and the setting is also old. The street restaurant outside the hotel is still worth recommending. You must try the oysters. The Mexican food is not bad either. According to Americans, New Orleans is the best place for American food. I have been to many places in the United States and my actual feeling is the same. Raw oysters are worth a try.
JJINThe price of this hotel is relatively high, about 15 minutes drive from the city, but don't stay on holidays or weekends. The price of my stay on Saturday is double that of Monday (¥530 and ¥1100)
