"This is my third time staying at Fraser Suites Dalian, and each time before I've stayed for a week. This time, I was upgraded to an executive room, and it was just as comfortable as ever. The service attitude is excellent; every visit feels like coming home. It's truly one of the reasons I keep coming back to Dalian. The hotel elevator's air freshener or perfume smells wonderful. If possible, could you please tell me the brand? I'd love to get the same one. I really love this hotel. The facilities are complete, and there's even a swimming pool for some water fun. Oh, and the view is great! 👍 My friends who came with me this time were also very satisfied."

"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"

"Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low."

"This stay exceeded our expectations! The hotel was clean and fresh throughout, with no strange smells in the room. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. It was very family-friendly for staying with kids; the room had ample space for activities, and safety details were well thought out. The staff were very kind to our little one and even offered children's amenities proactively. The hotel is conveniently located near various facilities, making it easy to entertain the kids. Our whole family had a wonderful stay."

"The room furnishings and facilities are a bit old, lacking modern amenities, but overall, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari. The 'old money' vibe is truly fitting, and you can tell how grand it must have been in its heyday. What truly stands out is the service. Both the concierge and housekeeping staff are incredibly responsive, proactive, and thoughtful. This was a stark contrast to the Grand Hyatt where I stayed the previous two days (which honestly had nothing going for it besides the sea view and location). Special shout out to Vicle Li De and Eric Sun Yong from the concierge team – they proactively helped with luggage and guided me during check-in and check-out, all with great patience and meticulousness. Truly excellent. The breakfast is also worth trying. Although the offerings were largely the same each day, the quality was exceptional. The beef noodle soup was outstanding; I had several bowls every morning. The coffee beans were also of superior quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay."

"Convenient for going out, and the breakfast was quite good. The sea view at Grand Hyatt Dalian is definitely the best in the city, situated right on Xinghai Square, with the beach just a short walk downstairs. The fan-shaped layout ensures almost every room has a sea view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Xinghai Bay Bridge. The evening lights create a fantastic atmosphere. The heated pool offers great views, allowing you to enjoy the seascape even while swimming. The 'Chef's Table' buffet has a rich variety, especially with a good selection of seafood and desserts. The overall service was proper, and check-in efficiency was acceptable. The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel has been open for many years, so some facilities show a bit of age, and during peak season, breakfast can get crowded, requiring a wait for a table. If you're coming to Dalian and want to experience the city's premier sea view, the Grand Hyatt remains an excellent choice. You can enjoy the entire bay from the comfort of your bed, making for a very pleasant vacation experience."

"My stay at The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Dalian, was absolutely perfect! The hotel is located right on Xinghai Bay, and its castle-like architecture is grand and magnificent. The room was spacious and bright, with unbeatable sea views – I could see the blue sea and sky right from my window every morning. The service was impeccable, from the concierge to the room staff, truly reflecting Marriott's high-end brand standards. It's also conveniently located next to Xinghai Square, making getting around very easy. During check-out, Dansey asked about my stay and resolved any issues very well. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality!"

"My stay at New World Dalian Hotel was excellent, and what impressed me most was the thoughtful and attentive service. The lobby staff would proactively greet guests, and the bellhops were quick to help with luggage, creating a warm feeling right from the moment I walked in. The front desk was efficient, and the duty manager was incredibly friendly, promptly addressing any issues. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to Zhongshan Square, Donggang, and the Venetian Water City, making it convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room facilities were well-maintained, and the overall stay was comfortable. With solid amenities and, more importantly, consistently warm service, this hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian. Highly recommended."

"This was my third stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Dalian, totaling 8 days and 7 nights across two separate trips. I've always been a big fan of the Four Seasons brand; whenever there's one in a city I'm visiting, it's usually my top choice. Overall, as a new hotel, the Four Seasons Dalian has excellent hardware. The rooms are well-equipped, and everything from the facilities to the decor feels new. The user experience is quite smooth. The TV mirroring, in particular, connects seamlessly, and these seemingly small details significantly impact the experience during longer stays. Regarding soundproofing, I had seen some reviews mentioning it before my stay. Since my previous stays were mostly in suites, I hadn't noticed it much. However, this time, one of my rooms had a connecting door, and I could indeed hear sounds from the adjacent room quite clearly. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Also, the elevator key card sensor isn't very sensitive; it often requires holding the card against it for a while to register, which can be a bit inconvenient for those with manicures. I hope this can be optimized. The hotel offers both surface and underground parking, making it convenient. The underground parking is on B4, and the route is a bit winding. Every time I drive from underground to ground level, I feel dizzy for about 3 minutes. Only one elevator directly reaches the B4 parking from the 41st-floor lobby, which I find a bit troublesome. The service truly deserves an extra five-star rating, and it's the main reason I keep choosing this hotel. During this stay, the hotel upgraded my room for free. Any issues I encountered throughout my stay were promptly addressed and resolved by the staff, preventing minor hiccups from affecting the overall experience. I also really appreciate the hotel's customer experience team's communication method – direct WeChat communication is very convenient for any daily needs. The staff also proactively checks in on my stay experience and needs each day. For instance, they can assist with booking popular restaurants that might be hard to get into last minute, which is a huge convenience for guests. This consistent, proactive, yet non-intrusive service is something I think the Four Seasons does exceptionally well. As a relatively new hotel that hasn't been open for very long, there are indeed some details that still need refinement. However, I have a very positive impression of the Four Seasons Dalian, both in terms of its hardware foundation and service quality. I look forward to seeing it mature further in its details. After my third stay, I'm still willing to choose it again and hope to see an even better Four Seasons Dalian next time I return."

"During my stay, I wasn't feeling very well. The housekeeping department, upon learning of this, promptly arranged for staff members Geng Zhijun, Xu Peilan, Wang Huiqiu, and Li Xiuzhen, who were on duty for two days, to provide exceptional care and concern. This made me feel the warmth of Furama, a home away from home. The breakfast was as rich and varied as always. Manager Bao from the restaurant, after inquiring about my well-being, brought me a cup of hot water, showcasing five-star detailed service. I will definitely choose Furama again when I visit Dalian."
