"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, very close to Central Street, and the subway station and cable car are also nearby, making it super convenient to get around. The surrounding amenities are excellent too, with supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies all close by. There are also plenty of dining options, from local specialties like 'tieguo dun' (iron pot stew) and Russian cuisine to BBQ, so you can find anything from snacks to full meals.
Even though it's in a lively city center, the soundproofing is surprisingly good. With the double-glazed windows closed, you barely hear the hustle and bustle of the night market outside. The room itself is very spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxed stay.
Many online reviews suggest that service in Northern China is often mediocre, but this hotel completely changed my perception. We booked three rooms in total, and due to heavy rain, we couldn't leave immediately. The hotel kindly extended one of our rooms, preventing us from getting soaked and stressed, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming.
Honestly, if this hotel cost 1000 a night, I might not specifically recommend it, but at about half that price, the value for money is absolutely outstanding. The location, space, and service are all top-notch, making it incredibly worthwhile overall. If you're visiting Harbin, this place should definitely be a top consideration."
