Great
TTipmaneeThis hotel is perfect for families. It’s clean, quiet, and not crowded at all. The air conditioning can be adjusted easily, and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
Even with six people in the room, it didn’t feel cramped. There was plenty of space for luggage, and the bathroom was larger than most places I’ve stayed before. Each floor has only one room, which makes it very private and peaceful.
There’s also a convenience store nearby, and it takes about 7–10 minutes to walk to the train station or bus stop. Overall, it’s definitely great value for money.

Great
HHispanicIt's a 15-minute walk from Sensoji Temple and a 20-minute walk from the subway station. Finding a 60-square-meter B&B in Tokyo is rare. The amenities were excellent, and the bedding in the three rooms was clean and comfortable. It's a very good value. Disposable toiletries were conveniently available downstairs. We encountered a minor issue upon check-in, but it was quickly resolved. The only downside was a slight odor in the room and the lack of late check-out. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Very Good
GGuest Userthe best part is it is in Shinjuku but the problem is you have to walk 10-12 minutes to any station. fairly clean room but way too small, not even enough space to place 1 large luggage. street noise is a problem. really friendly staff though. enjoyed the breakfast. gym was small but decent. might not choose this hotel again.
