N+ Hotel Review Our stay at N+ Hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults, with plenty of space for two large suitcases per person. The room is equipped with a washing machine, and the hotel also provides free dryers in the lobby, which is very convenient for longer stays. Both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. Within a short walk, you’ll find Sukiya restaurant and convenience store, making it easy to grab a meal or stock up on groceries. The only downside is the location. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station, Iwamotocho Station, which may feel a little far if you’re carrying heavy luggage. Overall, N+ Hotel is a great option for families or groups looking for a spacious and comfortable stay in Tokyo.

the best part is it is in Shinjuku but the problem is you have to walk 10-12 minutes to any station. fairly clean room but way too small, not even enough space to place 1 large luggage. street noise is a problem. really friendly staff though. enjoyed the breakfast. gym was small but decent. might not choose this hotel again.

Bargain stay for location and bugget saving; 1st night we were a bit anxious about safety but it is actually not an issue. Saving for ＞4k Aus dollars instead of the 4star hotel I initially booked …with similar location… In general happy with the booking and would recommend if looking for budget savings
