"This is a charming hotel with a Han Dynasty theme. The free Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) experience was a lot of fun! The room was clean and comfortable, and the Han Dynasty-style bed with drapes really piqued my child's curiosity. The owner's idea of using antique beds as room furnishings is absolutely brilliant and creative, something that truly deserves to be promoted! The hand-drawn signs were a thoughtful touch too. It's conveniently located right next to Wuhou Shrine and Jinli Street, making it super easy to find food outside."

"The hotel itself feels very old. Besides the Ibis-exclusive elevator, there are four or five other elevators, but they don't seem to be linked. You have to press the up or down button on each one, which makes waiting for an elevator very inconvenient. The air conditioning in the room was also very noisy. I stayed for two nights and ended up with several bug bites on my legs – not mosquito bites – and they're still itching five days later. The staff on the laundry floor were very nice. Seeing me doing laundry, they offered for me to leave a small card with my requests, and they would help dry and deliver it back to my room door. The lobby staff were just okay. They were incredibly slow at getting things done. I was specifically asked about room preferences, and I only mentioned not wanting a room near the elevator, yet they assigned me one right next to and facing the elevator. I don't understand the point of asking for preferences then. On my second day, even though I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, they still called the room (and no, I hadn't ordered takeout, nor was I a robot). Also, I saw an advertisement at Shuangliu Airport for an SF Express collaboration with the hotel to help send luggage to the airport. When I asked the front desk, they said it used to be available but isn't anymore, and there was no luggage delivery service. I ended up calling myself and successfully arranged for my luggage to be sent to Shuangliu Airport."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in Hongxing Bridge, away from the bustling city center, and very close to Caojiaxiang, which is packed with amazing food options! It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to the subway station. Initially, the room we got had an incredibly strong smoke smell that wouldn't dissipate even after opening the windows for over an hour. After speaking with the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even upgraded us. This level of service truly deserves a 10/10! The guy at the front desk was excellent! He was also incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. The room decor was simple and lovely, but some of the facilities were a bit old. For example, the showerhead was leaking, and the hairdryer, which should have been mounted on the wall, seemed to have been taken down because the wall screws were unstable. It was also quite noisy, probably due to age and wear. However, replacing these items is a management issue, not related to the front desk's service, but I hope they can be improved. Overall, we still had a wonderful time during our stay in Chengdu! (^-^)"

"The hotel is quite run down and shabby. It shares a building with other hotels and the downstairs lobby is very worse for wear. The Reception area (which is on floor 15) is, odd, featuring a fake swimming pool as seen in some of the pictures. It's not well laid out and the lifts themselves are in a really bad state, with stained carpets, outdated materials and blaring adverts. The staff are great and very helpful, however the rooms have seen better days. The washing machines are also publicly accessible and then also mandate that you do not wash socks and underwear in them. Unfortunately despite the great staff the hotel was the worst part of Chengdu for us."

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was super spacious, with all the basic amenities, and very clean. The staff were friendly and always smiling, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended; it offers much better value for money than many 4-star hotels.

The location is great, very convenient, close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. Facilities: The lighting is a bit dim, there isn't much space to dry clothes, and the elevator doors close a bit too quickly. Breakfast is only available after 7:30 AM. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: Elegant. Service: The attitude is excellent.

Pretty unique stay with it's decor. Room looked nicer in the photos because the lighting in the actual room was inconsistent with white and yellow bulbs. A standing lamp and the latch on a window were broken, but they fixed both the following day. They kept reassuring me it's safe (the broken latch meant the window couldnt be closed) but as a solo traveller it's still best to err at the side of caution. Plus it meant I couldn't block outside sound, and was actually woken from my nap by food wrapper noises by someone on the balcony (it's shared). For extras, the ******* clothing is actually free, 'oxygen' meant aircon, you have to remind them on the welcoming gifts, so the only thing I'd is worth paying the extras for is their handmade tsampa and butter tea. Pretty filling and you can have it as breakfast (though you might not be used to the taste haha) Overall a good experience because of their friendly service, good attitude, and always having a smile on their face. I suggest for them to be proactive in telling the guests on what their extras are and how to request fro them, instead of the other way around.

My overall experience at the Ruicheng Celebrity Hotel was very satisfying. The location is a huge advantage, being close to the subway station, making it easy to get to attractions like Wenshu Monastery and Tianfu Square. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. Check-in was very efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful, responding quickly to any requests. The room layout was spacious, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent; once the windows were closed, external noise was largely blocked out, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room also had a desk and chair, and the internet was stable, which was convenient for catching up on work. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including local Sichuan snacks and regular dishes, all of which tasted great. The public areas were grand and elegant, and there was even a laundry and drying service, which is very practical for travelers. The overall value for money is outstanding, and the attention to detail in their service is evident everywhere. It's suitable for both leisure and business stays, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Chengdu. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.

This was our third stay on this trip, and we finally managed to book the Fun Family Room. It's significantly larger than the Starlight Family Room we stayed in before, with bunk beds that the kids were really looking forward to, and a small tent perfect for younger children. The overall layout is well-designed, clean, and tidy, with complete amenities. The living experience was excellent! I won't go into detail about the hotel's excellent location, as it's already well-known.

My stay at Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain was a truly 'hands-off' vacation experience, and I have to especially commend their butler service – it's all about the exquisite details. * **Attentive Private Butler:** My butler, Kevin, proactively contacted me even before check-in, sharing activity schedules and helpful tips. During my stay, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating, handling everything from booking activities to arranging electric car transfers perfectly. He also readily helped coordinate a late check-out. * **Thoughtful and Detailed Care:** The mini-bar was restocked daily with complimentary fresh fruit, room tidying was prompt, and extra requests were fulfilled quickly. * **Rich and Diverse Facilities:** The hotel boasts a well-equipped gym and a super relaxing organic farm, perfect for enjoying rustic charm. * **Amazing Farm-to-Table Breakfast:** The breakfast ingredients were incredibly fresh, and I could savor authentic Sichuan local snacks. The noodle station was particularly excellent. * **Excellent Location:** The hotel is situated right at the foot of Qingcheng Mountain. A shuttle bus is available on the side of the hotel, providing direct access to the tourist center, making it super convenient to get to the scenic area. In short, if you're looking for a place in Qingcheng Mountain where you can enjoy top-tier service, get close to nature, and truly relax, Six Senses Hotel is definitely worth experiencing!

My stay in Chengdu was truly excellent this time; I absolutely have to give Chengdu Ben Hotel a five-star rating! ❤️ 📍 **Location is incredibly convenient** The hotel is right in the Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road area, making it super easy to go out for food, shopping, and buying things. For first-time visitors to Chengdu, this location is a huge plus. You barely spend any time traveling, and it's very convenient to go out for a stroll in the evening and come back. There are also plenty of dining options nearby; it's easy to find Chengdu hotpot, 'chuanchuan' (skewers), and various snacks. 🛎️ **Service is warm and thoughtful** From the moment I checked in, I felt the staff were very friendly, polite, and patient. They were proactive in helping resolve any issues, not with a cold, 'standardized service,' but truly making you feel taken care of. For a hotel stay during travel, this is actually very important. The cleaning staff's service and attitude were much better than the front desk's. Highly commendable. 🛏️ **Comfortable room with complete facilities** The room was generally clean and tidy, and the space was more comfortable than I expected. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I slept very well at night. The in-room facilities seemed to anticipate guests' needs and were very convenient to use. The hygiene was also well-maintained, making for a comfortable overall experience during my stay. ✨ **Really liked the hotel's overall ambiance** This isn't one of those generic, uninspired hotel experiences. The overall design and details are quite thoughtful and have their own distinct style. Many small details show that the hotel genuinely considers the guest experience, rather than just getting the rooms done and calling it a day. ❤️ **Had a very comfortable stay on this Chengdu trip** For anyone visiting Chengdu, especially those who enjoy exploring Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, I think this place is definitely worth considering. The location is convenient, the service is good, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall value for money is excellent. If I come to Chengdu again, I'll likely prioritize staying here. Five-star recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Facilities ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stay Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at Mercure Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley Metro Station) many years ago and was very impressed with it back then. So, when I was choosing a hotel in Chengdu after my trip to Western Sichuan, I didn't hesitate to pick this one again. First, let's talk about the location: It's right next to Kuanzhai Alley, and you can get there directly from Exit C of Tonghuimen Station on Metro Line 2. The transportation is extremely convenient. Hotel service: The front desk staff are very warm and attentive, and any requests are promptly addressed. Dining: The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, catering to different tastes. There are noodles, rice vermicelli, wontons, vegetable salads, steamed buns, breads and pastries, hot dishes, hot drinks, and more. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, accommodating guests who wake up at different times. The overall quality is also high and can meet the needs of most guests. There are also many convenient dining options around the hotel, with several local specialty chain restaurants within 1 km. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Chengdu 😊
