Overall, the room itself wasn't a major issue. The front desk initially upgraded my room, but that room was extremely damp, poorly lit, and the bed felt quite moist. When I informed the front desk, they promptly moved me to a room across the hall. I noticed that northwest-facing rooms tend to be damp but are more spacious, while southeast-facing ones are sunny but relatively smaller. My new room had a very comfortable and huge bed, easily 2.2 meters wide. The soundproofing was excellent; despite being next to a main road, there was absolutely no noise. The concierge at the entrance was also very friendly and actively helped with my luggage. I found this hotel to be particularly suitable for business travelers. Many exhibition attendees stay here, and a lot of airline crew members also use it for rest. As a result, you'll find quite a few international guests.

Seriously, you guys! This hotel stay was an absolute dream. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, it felt like falling into a cloud. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, and the amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great food and attractions nearby. Next time I'm in town, I'm definitely choosing this hotel again!

We had a great stay here - the staff were amazingly helpful and while their English was limited, they happily used a translator app to speak with us. We arrived very early and they gave us a room to freshen up in without hesitation and looked after our bags for the day while we explored the city. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. They’re not on a high floor but were surprisingly quiet.
The location wasn’t perfect for us but we used DiDi to get around which was affordable and made the location quite workable. We would happily stay again.

I booked this hotel last minute for my foreign friends, and it's great that they accommodate international guests. The location is excellent – it's quiet despite being central, with a convenience store next door and restaurants across the street. The bus stop is a three-minute walk away, and the subway station is 1 km from the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean and spacious.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb; it's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options and shopping areas nearby. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage, to the front desk efficiently handling check-in and patiently recommending sightseeing routes, to the prompt room service, every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Western and Chinese options, including local specialties. The value for money was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

When I checked in, the front desk poured me tea and candies. Because I went early, the front desk asked me to choose a room in a favorite location. They also introduced the hotel's laundry room. If you need them to wash, just call to let them know. The service was very good. The room was quite large, there was a massage chair in the lounge area, and there was also a spinning bike, which you can ride when you have nothing to do. The surrounding area is very prosperous and the transportation is convenient. If you come next time, it's better to choose here

KKoJustinI was upgraded to a room with a window, for free, which I am grateful for. So the hotel is conveniently located near Changshou station, less than a five minute walk. It's definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in in Shanghai at this price point, all things considered. The TV may not be as large as some other places but the bed was very comfortable and the room was also pretty spacious. I'm quite satisfied especially given the room upgrade.

SShinvshihappyThe location is really convenient! I could easily get to the Shanghai Natural History Museum on Line 13 and the Shanghai Museum East on Line 14. After a quick transfer, I was at Shanghai Railway Station. Yu Garden, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and Lujiazui were all just a few stops away. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel itself, only the pool, which my kid absolutely loved. So I'll use some Shanghai landmarks to represent it instead. 😀

The housekeeper contacted me in advance before check-in and gave me a very detailed check-in guide, including the subway and parking lot. Their home is in a single-family apartment building. It is better to recognize the check-in guide.
This time I changed the toilet and bedding, and the bedding was replaced with a mattress, which was very good; the bath towels and towels were replaced with thicker ones, and the number was more than before;
The construction foundation of the Jade Buddha Temple downstairs has been completed, and there is no big movement. It seems that the construction time has been delayed in the morning. The morning is basically very quiet.
The style of their room is quite a lot, the overall design is more, and the boss can listen to the opinions of the tenants, and change it if you know the mistakes.
