Ramada by Wyndham Stays in Shanghai

The rooms are clean and well-equipped. It's a 15-minute drive from the airport and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Ordering takeout is also very easy. The front desk staff are super friendly. They added us on WeChat and responded immediately to our requests. When the construction next door was disturbing our two children at night, the front desk quickly upgraded us to a family room. There's a small playground on the first floor, which is great for families!

Travelling with a pet is not easy by a long shot. There any many, MANY difficulties. Thankfully, one of the easiest and least stressful parts of this journey was this hotel. Incredibly accommodating for pets, with very clear guidance and rules, alongside wonderful staff who are super helpful and understanding (big big shout out to Eagle and Shane for their help!). The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for me and my cat, Whiskey. The location is great for easily getting into the airport with a great shuttle bus service included. Would happily stay here again and recommend any pet owners travelling through Shanghai Pudong Airport to stay here! Big thanks again to Eagle and Shane for their help throughout my stay!

The staff is exceptional, they offered us a packed breakfast before we even asked, knowing that we would depart to the airport before breakfast would be served. They also accommodated our request to change rooms, due to the issues I expose below, and made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The only problem is building 2, namely the horrible smell in the corridors, and the room layout. The common areas smell like vomit, cat urine, and spoiled milk. I don’t know if it’s the old carpet, but the stench is unbearable. Another problem is the bathroom without walls. There’s a toilet literally in the middle of the room…. We requested to be moved to a different room, which was in building 1. Much better and much more normal.

My stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the room was spotlessly clean with comfortable, soft bedding. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the gym and pool were easy to use. The location is excellent, close to transport links with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend it to other travelers!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao Our experience at Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao was wonderful. This was not our first time staying at the hotel—in fact, we always choose to stay here whenever we have a gathering because of the excellent service and comfortable accommodations. A special thank you to Ms. Gloria, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us, especially with our bookings, and was even available to help us through her personal WeChat whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Her dedication and outstanding customer service made our stay even more memorable. We are truly grateful to the hotel management for their warm hospitality and for consistently making every stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for always taking such good care of us. We highly recommend Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao and look forward to returning again on our next visit.

The hotel was excellent; the service at the front desk, restaurant, and rooms was very attentive. The housekeeping even helped us bring in the clothes we had hung out to dry on the balcony. The swimming pool was very quiet and comfortable, with very few people. I would definitely choose Ramada again next time I'm in Fengxian.
