Great option for early Pudong flights. The room was clean, spacious, and had a good selection of pillows. Amenities were basic but everything worked. Breakfast is simple and served at the adjacent hotel. Biggest plus was the airport shuttle - you need to reserve it, but they reply fast and were right on time. It’s only 20-30 mins to Pudong, which made my early morning flight stress-free.

We checked in late at night, and when I called to arrange airport pick-up, the person on the line was very helpful and patient. The concierge also diligently answered all my questions. At the front desk, we met Jack, who upgraded our room because we had a child with us. He was very enthusiastic even working late at night and even gave us a flight simulation voucher – a big thank you to him! The next day, we met Helen at the front desk, who was very kind and gentle, and helped us coordinate our flight simulation experience. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's well-maintained. The breakfast is abundant and serving until 11 AM is a nice touch. The kids' play area, however, is quite old and might have a musty smell due to a lack of ventilation. I hope it can be upgraded soon!

The room was clean and tidy, and my family of three booked a duplex room which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel environment is also great, and there's a shuttle bus every half an hour, which is really convenient and efficient. The vehicles are new and comfortable, and the drivers provide warm and attentive service. You just need to book your time at the front desk and catch the bus at Gate 3 of the departure hall. Since we arrived late and were a bit hungry, we managed to grab a bowl of beef noodles at the hotel restaurant just before it closed at 11 PM. It was quite good too! Even though it was a short layover, the experience was great, and I highly recommend it.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's conveniently located in the Biyun International Community. I communicated with the hotel in advance about my check-in, and they assigned me a suite. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture and the genuine care. On weekends, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Disneyland, which can be booked a day in advance. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch. The front desk staff were also very helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely be back.

The hotel was excellent; the service at the front desk, restaurant, and rooms was very attentive. The housekeeping even helped us bring in the clothes we had hung out to dry on the balcony. The swimming pool was very quiet and comfortable, with very few people. I would definitely choose Ramada again next time I'm in Fengxian.

The rooms are a bit old, but the location is decent for reaching Wujiaochang commercial area and the subway. Xiao Lu and Da Xiong from housekeeping were very friendly and offered helpful suggestions for travel routes. The excellent service made up for the older facilities.
