The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with a smile. On the first night, we noticed an unusual odor in our room. The very next day, the front desk swiftly arranged a room change for us and took the original room out of service for professional inspection. It rained heavily during our stay, and we borrowed umbrellas from the front desk multiple times. With the subway station conveniently located just downstairs, getting around was a breeze, and there were also many great restaurants nearby.

The room comfort truly surpassed my expectations, offering excellent value for both the price and location. While I didn't get a chance to take pictures, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Facilities: All amenities are quite new, and the room itself is fantastic. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Ambiance: The setting is quite tasteful, and having a laundry room and gym on-site is incredibly convenient, especially for summer stays. Service: Top-notch. The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even have delivery robots that bring food right to your room, so you don't have to step out.
