The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The overall environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Definitely will come again. Worth the price

While I generally don't leave negative reviews, there were indeed some noticeable issues. The bath mat was a bit dirty; I'm unsure if it hadn't been replaced or if it was simply worn/stained. The air conditioning was set to cool at 23°C but wouldn't go any lower. While it provided a stable airflow, it was barely adequate. I found the breakfast to be quite disappointing. Additionally, the room wasn't as spacious as the one I had on my first night.

New and ultra modern hotel, helpful and friendly staff, reasonable good breakfast spread, free airport transfer and late check out is available upon request.

We stayed here with our children. The surroundings were lovely, and our overall stay was very enjoyable. Even though the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The dining options and service were excellent, with delicious and high-quality food. What's more, food ordered from outside could be delivered right to our room door. Shenzhen is also a relatively clean and orderly city.
