Excellent service from staff and cleaning teams, always with a smile. Location is also unbeatable with a great upmarket OneAvenue Mall just minutes walk across the road.
The aircond is a bit strange, perhaps some simple instructions might help. The aircond while it has 3 modes, only the cold mode can be adjusted. But it gets too cold & dry to sleep with it in at night that we ended up turning it off most nights. The shower also has nowhere to place the towel or clothes with only 1 hook inside the shower cubical, which made it hard for the elderly to manage. This is a design issue of aesthetics over practicality and not a reflection of the staff’s efforts to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
Little touches like freshly made coffees at the downstairs cafe, cute afternoon tea trays of snacks and washing machines available for guests to use ensure we had an enjoyable 5n stay in Shenzhen.

The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

The hotel is elegant and the rooms are as clean and tidy as if they were home! The front desk's weekly service is especially kind, not only quickly check-in, but also proactively provides luggage storage service, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, and there is everything to eat, drink and play around. The variety of breakfasts is great and the value for money is great! The hotel features brand-new facilities and is fully equipped with smart technology. Its beautiful setting, right next to a golf course and surrounded by lush greenery, is truly pleasant. The 24-hour self-service laundry room offers great convenience. Breakfast provides a rich variety of options, and you can enjoy views of the golf course while dining, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. VERY NOISY CONSTRUCTION SITES NEARBY!
This was my first time visiting Shenzhen, and the location of this hotel is excellent – right in between Nanshan and Futian, making it quick and convenient to get around the city. It’s also only about 10 minutes away from the Futian Port, which makes it very easy to head into Hong Kong.
The staff were friendly, though they don’t speak English. That wasn’t really a problem, but worth noting. A ¥500 deposit was required on arrival, which I hadn’t expected, but it was refunded within 2 hours of checking out.
One downside is the ongoing construction around the hotel. Our first room faced the construction site and was extremely noisy. I asked to change rooms, and the reception staff moved us to a much quieter one facing away from the construction, which I really appreciated.
The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom was spacious, and it had a proper fully closing door for privacy. I didn’t get the chance to check out the gym, restaurant, or laundry facilities, but it’s nice that the hotel offers them.
Overall, ICON Lab Shenzhen is a good hotel in a convenient location, but I’d probably wait until the nearby construction is finished before staying here again.

If you are planning to go to the electronic shopping district in Shenzhen, (a shopping paradise for men), DIFU hotel is the place where you should stay. I am intentionally writing this review, manually, without any AI help, as the majority of reviews are nowadays written, to underline that this hotel is the best money for value option in this area.
I have booked 2 twin rooms for my entire family. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, with all the amenities you would need. The AC was working flawlessly, keeping the room at a crisp 23°C, while outside it was a scorching 34°C. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk to the main electronic shopping street in the Fushan district. We have not booked breakfast, since there are plenty of street food options, just when stepping outside of the hotel. The communication with the ladies at the reception was done via WeChat, they were kind, prompt and highly professional. They have answered to all my requests, immediately. Good job.

The hotel boasts smart facilities and is spotlessly clean. The TV remote was sanitized, and hand sanitizer was thoughtfully provided next to the toilet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary afternoon tea is offered in the afternoon, and nutritious congee is available in the evening. The hotel's location is also excellent, right opposite Huanggang Village Food Street. An absolutely wonderful experience! I will definitely be back!

We booked UrCove a few times in China, and this was the one we enjoyed the least!
We first got a room that smelt tobacco once we opened the door. We immediately asked for another room, which they had, and it had no tobacco smell.
But the floor tiles where broken! Wearing sleepers was a must to make sure we wouldn't get scratches.
Amenities and equipment were good. View from the room window was stunning!
We arrived a bit late for breakfast (50min before end of service), a few dishes were not replenished and there was no fruit juice anymore.
Overall not a good experience and probably we won't book this hotel again.

HHoiraService: Excellent service. I added the hotel on WeChat and they were basically available whenever I needed them. Any problems were resolved immediately with a message.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable; it was generally kept clean.
Facilities: Pretty good. The computer ran smoothly without any lag. The keyboard and mouse provided in the double room were both ROG, which were very comfortable to use.
Environment: As a gaming hotel, the average environment is actually a drawback. Other gaming hotels I've stayed at at least had RGB lighting, but this one only had white and yellow lights, lacking that atmosphere. Also, gamers generally prefer dim lighting, and the lack of a dim lighting mode is a disappointment.

Upon check-in, the front desk kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade, and their service was consistently polite and warm. Whenever I waited for a car in the lobby, the front desk staff would promptly bring tea. Key card access to guest floors and robot delivery service added a layer of convenience. Breakfast was rather simple but offered all the essentials, though some items might run out if you came late.
A slight negative was the soundproofing – I could faintly hear the TV from the next room. Additionally, the laundry room only had one washer and dryer, leading to long waiting times.

Plus the floor mat was very wet after, so make sure you don't forget to place the floor mat in front of the shower door.
