It's a fairly standard old hotel, but the attitude of some security guards in the parking lot is worrying. As soon as I parked my car, the security guard stopped me and said that people who work here can't park here. Is there a label on me saying that I'm an employee here? And his tone and attitude were particularly fierce. Are you discriminating against female guests or are you looking at the luxury car? I asked him, is this how you treat guests? He asked me again, my God, what is the purpose of staying in a hotel? This is how bad reviews for service are given.

My stay here was an absolute delight, truly exceeding all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately charmed by the elegant ambiance and the warm smiles of the staff. The check-in process was incredibly efficient, and they thoughtfully introduced all the hotel facilities. The room itself was beyond impressive – spotlessly clean, it felt just like a new home. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; I didn't want to get out of bed, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The view from the window was also fantastic. During the day, the sunlight streaming in made it feel wonderfully warm and inviting, and the night view was even more captivating. The dining experience completely exceeded my expectations. Breakfast offered such a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, that it was hard to choose. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. For dinner, we tried the hotel's specialty dishes, and every bite was a delight. The service was also incredibly attentive, with prompt water refills and plate changes. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is absolutely my top choice. I've already enthusiastically recommended it to all my friends, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I had a great stay at Shenzhen Songgang Manjinghua Lepin Hotel! The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the breakfast was really tasty with lots of options. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. I loved that they had self-laundry facilities, which made things really convenient. Plus, the hotel is in a great spot – there are malls, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I’d definitely go back!

On the hard body, it is OK to be 3 stars standard, but the bathroom sink mirror on both sides of this light makes me feel weird; the air conditioning controller in the bedroom controls the temperature of the living room? I found out in the last 2 days, dizzy... The shower is more fun. At first, hot water will be supplied first, and then suddenly it will become cold water. Cold water waited for a while before there was hot water. What the hell is it? Is this the whole tenant?
In terms of software, the attitude of the service staff is very good, and appropriate services will be provided if there is any inquiry.
Nearby environment, opposite the hypermarket provides a complete life function, cross the road to pay attention, there are many vehicles.

I love this hotel. Will definitely come back. Recommend it to all my friends. The front des/receptionist was really nice. Even though I don't speak Mandarin she helped me with all of my concerns. Gave me an upgrade and even super late checkout.

I stayed in this hotel for a long time and the overall experience was great! First of all, the hotel environment is very comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and there is a dedicated cleaning staff every day, so it is always kept spotless. Secondly, the front desk staff was very friendly, always smiling, ready to help solve problems, and made me feel at home. The hotel's dining is also excellent, with a wide variety and very good taste, especially the breakfast, which fills me with energy every day. In addition, the hotel's geographical location is very convenient, with convenient surrounding transportation, shopping and dining are all close by. Excellent just next to Songgang Metro station direct from airport. Lots of food or shops and there's a shopping centre within walking distance. The service and cleanliness was excellent. Ample of parking space just in case there a need tobpark your vehicles. Security is managed by room key need to tap on the lift prior to allowing ascend. The only minor issue is the wifi instruction might not match the chinese version. However just inform the front desk and they will settle for you. Allowed guest to check out at 2pm which made everything so marvellous.

The new hotel opened less than a year ago. The room is very clean and tidy. The sheets and towels do not have the pungent smell of disinfection. After checking in, I habitually wiped the countertops and tables. The towels were clean and clean.
The front desk upgraded the smart room for free, with Xiaodu audio control. The room on the 9th floor has good lighting and a wide view.
