The hotel was excellent! It's newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and smartly managed. The location is superb, just 200-300 meters from Guomao Metro Station and very close to Luohu Port, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The breakfast was also great. It offers fantastic value for money. My flight was delayed due to heavy rain, and when I requested a late check-out, the hotel staff kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

With summer vacation over, I finally had some time to myself to unwind and enjoy life. The lovely lady at the front desk kindly gave me a free upgrade to a negative ion sleep room, which was fantastic! I slept soundly all night. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient, just 5 minutes away from Dongmen and Kingglory Plaza. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Luohu Port. Highly recommended!

St Regis SZ is a fantastic spot, really great atmosphere, beautiful views, and great decor & rooms. The lift going straight from the 1st floor to 96th is fun, and then views from the lobby area are gorgeous. The bar is also pretty good, I'd recommend sitting at the bar which I think is more fun than the tables which people try and wait for the views; often you'll have people walking in and around to try and get photos which can be annoying.
The rooms are really nice and comfy, and the bathroom is fantastic. One suggestion I'd have is to give bubble bath along with the bath salts.

The room was comfortable and offered great value for money, exceeding my expectations for the price point. It was generally quiet, though some car horns could be heard in the mornings, which was easily resolved by closing the window. The air conditioning unit isn't a central system, but you can control both its temperature and fan speed. The bathroom featured a good wet/dry separation and even had a heated toilet seat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and complimentary bottled water was available in the hotel lobby. The only minor drawback was the elevators, which were often busy, leading to slightly longer waiting times.

Some higher-floor rooms even offer scenic city views. The bathroom facilities are quite new, and the wet/dry separation design is highly practical. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, responding promptly to requests. The surrounding area boasts excellent amenities, with a wide array of dining options, convenience stores, and supermarkets. I had specifically booked a room with breakfast, and to my delight, we received a complimentary room upgrade during check-in. The room was incredibly spacious, and we even found a fresh fruit platter waiting for us. This truly showcased the high service standards one would expect from a well-established hotel. The room itself was spotless. As for the breakfast, it definitely lived up to the rave reviews; it was easily one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I've ever experienced. It had a wonderful, authentic atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was thoroughly impressed and extremely satisfied!

An established 4-star hotel that's impeccably clean. I was even upgraded to a deluxe room for free, with a unique view directly overlooking Deng Xiaoping's portrait! The location is fantastic for exploring, with the subway entrance right at the doorstep. There are countless dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Plus, they have EV charging points and convenient parking!

GGuest UserExcellent! This stay truly exceeded our expectations. First, the convenient location makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and running errands—no need to worry about transportation.
The service was the highlight! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us with smiles upon arrival. Check-in was fast and efficient. The biggest surprise was that the staff even proactively upgraded us to a room type free of charge! The upgraded room was incredibly spacious and bright, with modern, upscale decor. The staff also helpfully restocked our toiletries and even adjusted the TV for us. I was so happy!
The overall value for money is exceptional. To be able to enjoy this level of quality and service in Shenzhen at this price is truly exceptional.

大大力鄭We stayed in this hotel for two nights during Christmas. Location-wise it is in the middle of nowhere, but there are numerous eateries nearby. We booked a two bedrooms (upgraded to three bedrooms) suite and it was quite spacious. Be mindful that there is no airconditioning for the upper rooms and I think it will be a challenge in summer. There is no shower curtain in the toilet. You can imagine what will be the situation after bathing. But you got what you paid for. For this price, I have no compaint at all.
