This is probably one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in! The 22F has the most gorgeous view of the skyline and is a spot of tranquility among a busy city. They also have a whole host of laundry machines and a little fitness room.
The colouring of the hotel is very peaceful, and the service is friendly and accommodating. The room was large, especially for being in a very popular area. It's convenient to go to the metro as well as the popular huaqiang road.
The room and amenities have a high attention to detail, staying here will give you a peace of mind and I can't wait to come back 🥰

A Hotel of Contrasts: Modern Comfort Let Down by Inconsistent Housekeeping
I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and my experience was a real mixed bag with some significant highs and frustrating lows.
The Pros: What I Loved
· Modern & Well Equipped Room: The building appears to be very new. My room was a great size pnot too big, not too small. It was equipped with some fantastic amenities that made the stay comfortable:
· A nice, comfortable bed.
· A convection stove and a surprisingly spacious fridge.
· A balcony with a washing machine and provided soap an absolute lifesaver for a longer stay.
· A large screen TV.
· Excellent Location: The location is perfect for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action. It's close to the electronic markets, within easy walking distance of a large shopping mall, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat.
The Cons: What Needs Serious Improvement
· Poor and Inconsistent Housekeeping: This was, by far, the biggest issue.
· Our first room was unacceptable. We found hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom, and the bed looked like it had already been slept in. It seemed they had just sprayed air freshener on the floor instead of actually cleaning.
· Our second room was better, but daily cleaning was neglected. Housekeeping often opted to just bring new towels and take out the trash, completely neglecting to mop the floors, clean the toilet/shower, or wipe down tables.
· We had to complain to management, who then had to personally supervise the cleaning to ensure it was done properly (making the bed, mopping, wiping surfaces).
· On our final day, no one came to clean at all.
· The cleaning staff never seemed to arrive before 4:00 or 5:00 PM, despite us being asked around noon if we wanted service. They always seemed overworked, with two ladies managing a cart full of supplies for the entire hotel.
· Missing Essentials: For a room with a convection stove, it was a major letdown that no cookware or silverware was provided. This makes the kitchenette feature almost useless unless you bring your own.
· Pay-Per-View TV: The TV is modern, but don't expect to watch any movies for free. You have to pay for any on-demand content.
Verdict:
This hotel has fantastic potential. The rooms are modern, well sized, and packed with great amenities in a prime location. However, the severe and consistent issues with housekeeping cleanliness and the lack of basic kitchenware significantly marred the experience. I can only recommend it if the management makes a serious commitment to training and staffing their cleaning team properly. Until then, it's a gamble on whether you'll get a truly clean room.

Our recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei was absolutely wonderful and full of thoughtful touches that made it truly memorable.
We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband’s early birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging our room for the occasion. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made us feel incredibly special and appreciated.
Special thanks to the amazing front desk team—Tina, Luna, and Lily—who were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made a lasting impression.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Yannan MRT station is just less than 100 meters away from the hotel.
We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options every morning. The hotel staff were also very helpful in receiving parcels on our behalf and the housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and comfortable each day.

Beta Zhou and Jonathan Yang was very helpful and generous with everything I needed, very internationally friendly hotel with travellers across the globe, cool robots that deliver drinks and food, rooms are very good value and in a very convenient shopping area, the lounge is really nice at night to sit and relax with your friends overlooking the city skyline.

The customer service was excellent and room was clean and tidy.
Anything I asked, the staff are all very accommodating and assist me immediately.
They even offer me a different room to rest before my actual room was ready, because I arrived at 8am after a long flight.

I like the room: it’s great value, very clean, wonderful view, bonus unexpected washing machine. The building location is super convenient, but (October 2025) none of the pictures of the buildings are of the one the hotel is in. And none of the facilities pictured exist: there’s no restaurant. Only the pictures of the rooms are bona fide.
Think of it as a serviced apartment.
You get a kettle, tea, bottled water, bathroom products and a daily service, but absolutely nothing in the kitchen cupboards. Not even anything to wash dishes with (perhaps this is standard in China, it’s my first stay here in this type of accommodation).
The manager is very amenable and pleasant. I would stay again.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there is one area I believe could be improved: the WiFi. Although the hotel offers free WiFi, not all phones could connect to the network easily. In a modern hotel like this, I feel the WiFi system should be more user-friendly and accessible to everyone. For a hotel with such excellent amenities and a focus on guest comfort, this small frustration stood out more than it otherwise might have.

Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in the city. I was very pleased! My room wasn't quite ready, so they upgraded my room type. The neighborhood has an incredible selection of delicious food, with many being well-established, popular local spots that have been around for decades – you absolutely can't go wrong! Plus, transportation is incredibly convenient.

However, I experienced a persistent dripping sound by the window in the mornings. Being on the 7th floor with no obvious external source, I couldn't identify where it came from, but it consistently woke me up quite early. Soundproofing near the door was also an issue; I could clearly hear outside noises within about a meter of the entrance. On the plus side, the water pressure was good, and the hotel is conveniently located about a 7-8 minute walk from the subway station.

GGuest UserThis newly renovated hotel is located near the in-city square, with numerous restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms with my family. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't have a complete no-smoking policy, so there's no control over who smokes in the rooms, which inevitably caused a smoky smell in some rooms, disturbing the children. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement; there was disposable toothpaste left in the bathroom by a previous guest, and hair on the floor.
Overall, I would recommend staying here. The front desk was very helpful, the hotel is conveniently located near a major shopping mall, and there are numerous restaurants. With improved room cleanliness, it would be a great choice.

The location of the apartment is very good, in the city center, with a subway station downstairs, easy access, and convenient shopping around. There are many restaurants to eat at. Facilities: There is no hot water. I stayed for two days. Although the water temperature was not very hot on the first day, it was acceptable. The bath water was basically cold on the second day. Service: I felt very bad when I checked in on the first day. Front desk/owner? He kept calling me for a long time, which is usually fine. But at that time, the whole environment at the front desk was very stuffy (no air conditioning). I was so hot that I kept sweating. He kept talking on the phone, so I could only wait beside him. ! So it feels very uncomfortable! But my sister was very polite the next day!
