I had booked a king-size room, but upon check-in, they kindly upgraded me to a suite because my original room type wasn't available – this was truly outstanding service! Furthermore, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly attentive to every little detail, which made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Honestly, I felt the service here surpassed even that of the Ritz-Carlton and W Hotels. The value for money is absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely be back.
