Momentus Hotel Alexandra Reviews

As My usual review here,I have been staying at this Momentus Hotel for many times as part of My Staycation with My Wife.. This Hotel Service had never Fail Us and that's is the Reason why We always come back here for every month or twice a month to stay... There are many Eating Places around this Area which I believe a lot of Hotel Guest has yet to find out... I will give a 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to this Hotel 🏨🏨🏨🏨🏨

Clean and comfortable room. Quite spacious than your normal hotel down town. Loads of things to eat nearby as well.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the soundproofing could be improved as I could hear noise from the corridor/next room, which made it a bit hard to rest.

Nearby have ikea, mall and food court very convenient. Room is clean and tidy. BUT the laundry system is very poor… I have a long stay at here but they kept my laundry at counter because they want to receive deposit for laundry. After awhile, they kept at front desk again, said that deposit not enough, have to top up again. I went thru so many hotels, mostly can be paid the laundry during the checkout. They are like worrying us that we will run away out of sudden. This is absolutely annoying.

The cafe below was not open both morning and evening when I’m there. Not much choices in room service provided. Forgot to bring my mobile phone charger along. Asked both reception and housekeeping, both sides could not borrow me one Apple charger as the hotel did not provide a charger and the staff was not willing to lend their own after numerous pleas attempts. Left the hotel with the battery dead and phone off. Ever encountered another hotel that has charger provided. Mall is easily accessible but the hotel itself do not have any vending machines.

Location is good. Surrounded by eateries, cafe etc. However drawback is no adapter in bathroom for hairdryer and worst part is we kena attack by bugs Mosquitos 😡

Excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

Highly recommend for business or traveling purpose

It is my second times for me to choose Momentus hotel after my first visit in May 2025. The room is modern, clean and comfy and they provided complimentary free flow of water. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I will return again whenever I back to Singapore.

Cleanliness: 5/5 - Hotel and room were very clean. Location: 3/5 - A bit out of the way but they do provide a shuttle service. A little bit of a walk to the MRT so need to take the bus. Service: 5/5 - Staff were very friendly. Amenities: 5/5 - The hotel provides all basic amenities as well as toothbrushes, toothpaste and dressing gowns.

Great hotel, lovely pool and restaurant. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful and Geno was fantastic. Highly recommended.
