The hotel was nice however it needs a good cleaning. The blinds and base boards were covered so thick in dust you could write your name in it.
We dropped a bag of chips behind the fridge and found 3 other bags of chips not ours and food from a former guest.
We also found a used box of condoms sitting in a night stand.
We reserved and paid for a pool side room. When i arrived I was not given a room beside the pool. But rather was told the room could lead to the pool. Also, the third party's page said check out was by noon however the hotel said check out is 11:00.
Nice breakfast however, the staff was pleasant. Nothing too special. Also paid another $50. Deposit at the hotel for room damages that were not mentioned prior to Check in at the hotel. Takes 3 to 5 business days for it's return.
When we arrived at 3 o’clock check-in, our room was not ready, we had to wait till 345 until we check in. And then service at the front desk was sparse, so you had to call to see if someone would answer and come to the front desk. 
There was a rotten, damp and musty smell. Fortunately, the window could be opened, otherwise it would be suffocating! There was a layer of lint and dust on the table and the bathroom countertop. I don't know how they keep it clean. It's really incomparable to the domestic ones.

Pros: Check in was easy. Lobby was clean and bright. Cookies at night was a nice touch. Breakfast was as expected from a hotel except there was a refrigerator labeled "yogurt" but it was empty. The swimming pool area looked beautiful. Cons: Hallway carpets were nasty. Paint was chipped throughout. See the below pictures. These are not things the cleaning staff does not see. The drawer...it would not stay closed. No excuse. Easy, inexpensive fixes.

This facility had a lot of issues that were not at all satisfactory nor healthy. The room was not clean, cigarette burns in the carpet along with smoke smell, only 2 very small pillows on a King bed that your head barely fit on. The morning breakfast area had nobody there to monitor or clean the tables or counters for guests to sit at, food area was a mess as well. The Pool and Hot Tub were disgustingly dirty with green slime in the Hot Tub. I truly wish I was able to upload pictures of all these areas to support my comments.

The WORST experience ever! Despite the good location, decent breakfast, and comfortable room, the service was HORRIBLE. Towels were not supplied, breakfast ran out of food well before the time margins, staff was rude, and key card had to be reactivated virtually every day (which other guests experienced as well), with no explanation. Even worse, the manager never once bothered to my many requests to speak to him. By sheer chance, he happened to be at the desk when I checked out, and apologized for all of the above, and requested that I give him the exact dates of the issues, which I did. He then offered to refund me one night's stay -- WHICH HE NEVER DID. Nor has responded to any of my call/emails since then. Stay at your own risk.

Arguably the dirtiest most rundown hotel I’ve ever visited. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Rooms are dirty and smell. Stains on everything. Desperately needs a full renovation top to bottom. Staff was nice and courteous but the building and rooms are disgusting.

A very tired place. The only positive thing to say is that it has a good location. One of the suits had a dining table and no chairs. Paint is falling off, carpets in the hallway are dirty as well as the furniture. Staid for 3 nights, and the key to the room needed to be reset every day. No apologies. The list is endless. Do not know if this place can be fixed. To level it and build new would probably be the best. Do not go here.

Service has declined here. I have stayed several times and had a good experience but not this time. There was only one chair in the room and it was a dining room chair, there was no alarm clock and we had to call maintenance for the air conditioner.

Friendly staff, but hotel needs alot of work. Did sleep very comfortably and soundly. Persnixkety elevator had us spending alot of time in the stairwell which could use a coat of paint and carpet that doesn't appear to be 20 years old or more. The entire look of hotel needs updating. Got only one key and one cup and one towel even though I reserved for 2 peoole. And the darn keys not working had us up and down (3rd floor) a lot. Let's just say we got ourv exercise without hitting the gym. Oh yeah... and and for late checkout that v was aporoved only to have housekeeping knock on my door 10 minutes later. I would stay here again for the gem show, but otherwise, probably not.

Convenient location. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Hotel was full with lots of children. Some noise from people and children in hallways. Breakfast was chaos. Parking lot close to capacity. Still recommend and will select again - hopefully not so crazy busy!

I used this hotel as it was recommended by Banner Hospital for out of town visitors. For the price I thought this was a good value. I would visit again. Since Trip Advisor requires 200 characters or more I will add that there were two empty beer cans left on the windowsill.
