The three biggest strengths of this hotel are: first, the lake-view room offers an excellent view; second, the location is superb, with Baijiahu subway station just a few dozen meters downstairs, making travel very convenient. Third, the shower has plenty of hot water and the air conditioning is sufficient. So, if these three points are important to you, I highly recommend it. As for areas that could be improved: there's no refrigerator in the room, and the overall facilities are a bit dated, like a five-star hotel from the 90s. However, I personally don't mind these aspects; a bit of history is fine as long as it's clean. The breakfast vermicelli soup was quite good, and they even gave me a souvenir when I checked out.

The parking lot is large and you can park for free. Like👍

The king-size bed room is too small, the aisle is only about 40 centimeters, and even a 24-inch suitcase cannot be placed. There is no window in the room, no drinking water, a total of 4 rooms, one of the rooms has a strong musty smell when opened, and finally asked the guest room to change a room. There are 4 rooms on the same floor, but they just don't arrange them on the same floor. The overall experience is average

The breakfast is very rich and the parking is convenient. Unlike other hotels that park on the roadside, it is free parking in the Sun Palace Square. The subway entrance is right outside the door, and the transportation is convenient. It is convenient to go to the museum, Qinhuai River Confucius Temple, and the Xuanwu Lake Scenic Area. We went upstairs from Jiefangmen and walked along the city wall down Taipingmen, and we returned to the hotel along the lake! 酒店初期給我印象很不錯 前台小哥哥小姐姐熱情耐心周到 客房打掃阿姨禮貌貼心 第二天早上早餐真心讓我大跌眼鏡 問題如下：
1、 酒店早餐時間7:00-10:00 我和媽媽酒店到達餐廳 在入口處出示房卡刷卡後開始取餐 還有一小時結束 西餐 水果 酸奶已經空盆也不再補充 轉機出現在酒店女領導出現後因為她要吃讓後廚切點水果 補充甜點和酸奶 所以我們跟着這位領導有幸看到補滿的餐食；
2、預計在九點半左右吧 我起身去取啦杯紅茶 結果過來一位女性員工 要求我出示房卡 我很認真拿出房卡給她並且諮詢為何還要再檢查一次 結果她和我説剛才不是她在門口 不曉得我已經刷卡 當時內心很鬱悶：為何用餐其他人不再次檢驗 單要檢驗我一個人的？ 門口還沒到十點為啥就沒人啦呢？ 這位服務員很理所當然的回答讓我覺得是不是我長啦一張很像窮得吃不起餐專門來酒店偷吃的人？
找攜程投訴後酒店回覆新來的人員沒培訓到位啥 還很仁慈的賠償了我五十元房費 衹想説：一位願意提出意見表達委屈的客户衹要你們處理得當會是很好的宣傳廣告 其實有些時候投訴處理的方式方法 心意表達很重要 
PS：餐飲部麪條檔的阿姨很有禮貌 服務積極 真心是一個員工的問題 加上沒有積極態度的投訴處理導致丟失一位客户 嗚呼 哀哉！

This is the third time I have stayed in a hotel in Xuancheng in the past five years. I usually choose the top three hotels with good reviews. This is my first time staying in this hotel and I feel it is quite good. The service staff is of high quality and will respond to reasonable requests. There is a large amount of hot water for bathing and the drainage is unobstructed. The breakfast is satisfactory. It is convenient to go to the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui.

The stay at this hotel was superb and completely exceeded expectations! The location is very convenient, whether it is a commute or a shopping for food. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and well maintained, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and it could ensure a stable rest. The bathroom is dry and odorless, hot water is sufficient, WiFi is smooth, and daily needs can be met.
