This stay far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! Check-in at the front desk was efficient and attentive, and the staff were gentle and patient. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, plenty of hot water, and complete facilities. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. Overall, it's clean and quiet, offers great value for money, and is suitable for both business trips and leisure. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Hotel Review:

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. 

However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.

Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.

Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.

Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

H Hotel Xian boasts an excellent location near the Bell and Drum Towers, with breakfast options nearby, though I often woke up early and ate elsewhere. The hotel features comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a great spot for exploring the city, and I appreciate the convenience of dining options within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Xian!

Very satisfied with this stay! The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway, convenient to travel, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is very good, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep is particularly stable. The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, check-in is fast and efficient, the details are intimate, there is warm tea, and there is an exclusive parking space. The meticulous service makes people feel warm. The big bed room is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and stylish, the overall layout is reasonable, and the details are full of care.
The sanitary condition of the room is even more impeccable, the ground is spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly and has no smell, the comfort of lying on it is full, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. The bathroom space is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete and of high quality, the hot water is sufficient, the water pressure is stable, and the washing experience is particularly good. The room is also equipped with high-speed WiFi, smart TV and minibar. All kinds of facilities are available, the use is excellent, the sound insulation effect is also great, and the room is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast dishes are rich and varied, hot dishes, snacks, fruits, drinks are all available, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is authentic, the restaurant staff will replenish the meal in time, and always keep the dining environment clean.
In addition, the hotel's location is very superior, close to the subway station and business district, travel and shopping are very convenient, the whole service is intimate and thoughtful. The location is excellent, right near Dihao Food Street, making it easy to shop and dine out. Parking is also convenient; you can park for free all along the street in front of the hotel. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth staying again. Highly recommended!

The price-performance ratio is very high, the surrounding environment is also good, and the room is clean. It's just that the audio-visual room can't watch audio and video. The merchant doesn't give membership, so there is no way to watch any movies or variety shows. I want to watch TV but there is none. I regret this a little bit. Everything else is good
